darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I
know even as also I am known.
I Corinthians 15:53-55 NLT
53 For our dying bodies must be
transformed into bodies that will never die; our mortal bodies must
be transformed into immortal bodies.
54 Then, when our dying bodies have
been transformed into bodies that will never die, this Scripture will
be fulfilled: “Death is swallowed up in victory.
55 O death, where is your victory?
O death, where is your sting?”
II Corinthians 5:1-10 NLT
1 For we know that when this earthly
tent we live in is taken down (that is, when we die and leave this
earthly body), we will have a house in heaven, an eternal body made
for us by God Himself and not by human hands.
2 We grow weary in our present
bodies, and we long to put on our heavenly bodies like new clothing.
3 For we will put on heavenly
bodies; we will not be spirits without bodies]
4 While we live in these earthly
bodies, we groan and sigh, but it’s not that we want to die and get
rid of these bodies that clothe us. Rather, we want to put on our new
bodies so that these dying bodies will be swallowed up by life.
5 God Himself has prepared us for
this, and as a guarantee He has given us
His Holy Spirit.
6 So we are always confident, even
though we know that as long as we live in these bodies we are not at
home with The Lord.
7 For we live by believing and not
by seeing.
8 Yes, we are fully confident, and
we would rather be away from these earthly bodies, for then we will
be at home with The Lord.
9 So whether we are here in this
body or away from this body, our goal is to please Him.
10 For we must all stand before
Christ to be judged. We will each receive whatever we deserve for the
good or evil we have done in this earthly body.
I Thessalonians 4:13-18 NLT (The
Hope of the Resurrection)
13 And now, dear brothers and
sisters, we want you to know what will happen to the believers who
have died so you will not grieve like people who have no hope.
14 For since we believe that Jesus
died and was raised to life again, we also believe that when Jesus
returns, God will bring back with Him the believers who have died.
15 We tell you this directly from
The Lord: We who are still living when The Lord returns will not meet
Him ahead of those who have died.
16 For The Lord Himself will come
down from heaven with a commanding shout, with the voice of the
archangel, and with the trumpet call of God. First, the believers who
have died will rise from their graves.
17 Then, together with them, we who
are still alive and remain on the earth will be caught up in the
clouds to meet The Lord in the air. Then we will be with The Lord
forever.
18 So encourage each other with
these words.
II Thessalonians
2:16,17 NLT
16 Now may our Lord Jesus Christ
Himself and God our Father, who loved us and by His grace gave us
Eternal Comfort and a wonderful hope,
17 comfort you and strengthen you in
every good thing you do and say.
II Timothy 1:9,10 NLT
9 For God saved us and called us to
live a holy life. He did this, not because we deserved it, but
because that was His plan from before the beginning of time—to show
us His grace through Christ Jesus.
10 And now He has made all of this
plain to us by the appearing of Christ Jesus, our Savior. He broke
the power of death and illuminated The Way to Life and immortality
through the Good News.
I John 3:2,3 KJV
2 Beloved, now are we the sons of
God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that,
when He shall appear, we shall be like Him; for we shall see Him as
He is.
3 And every man that hath this hope
in Him purifieth himself, even as He is pure.
Revelation 2:10
KJV
"...be thou faithful unto
death, and I will give thee a crown of Life.
Revelation 14:13 KJV
And I heard a
voice from heaven saying unto me, Write, Blessed are the dead which
die in The Lord from henceforth: Yea, saith The Spirit, that they may
rest from their labors; and their works do follow them.
Revelation 21:4 KJV
And God shall
wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more
death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more
pain: for the former things are passed away.
Revelation 22:4 KJV
And they shall see His face; and His
name shall be in their foreheads.

Patience
Bible Questions Answered:
“... I've been praying for these
people over three years now and no answer...”
Ruddy/ Grand Rapids, Michigan U.S.A.
Bible Answer:
Bible Texts:
Psalm 13:1 KJV
How long wilt
thou forget me, O Lord? for ever? how long wilt thou hide thy face
from me?
Psalm 69:3 KJV
I am weary of
my crying: my throat is dried: mine eyes fail while I wait for my
God.
Things don't
always happen the way we wish they would. God hears all the prayers
of His people, rest assured of that, but the reasons as to why they
are not all answered the way we wish, is manifold.
Perseverance of
faith, trust, belief, etc. etc. The Apostle Paul tells us....
Hebrews 10:36 KJV
For ye have
need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might
receive the promise.
God is never
rushed, and our God surely seeks to have His people learn patience!
(Just a few
examples.)
*) The Jews waited
in Egypt, under slavery, some 430 years, before Moses was sent.
(Exodus 12:40).
*) The Jews once
delivered from Egypt, had to wait another 40 years before entering
the promised land. (Deuteronomy 29:5)
*) God kept Moses
waiting in the Midian desert for 40 years, before he was sent to lead
the people of God.
*) Joseph
languished in prison for years.
*) Abraham prayed
for a son till he was 100 years old.
*) Though David
was anointed King, he was on the run for 15 years, before he came to
the throne.
*) The first
mention of a Messiah in Genesis 3:15, until The Messiah's birth were
some four millenniums.
II Peter 3:8 KJV
But, beloved,
be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with The Lord as a
thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
Patience:
Psalm 37:7 KJV
Rest in The
Lord, and wait patiently for Him..."
Psalm 40:1 NLT
I waited
patiently for The Lord to help me, and He turned to me and heard my
cry.
Isaiah 25:9 KJV
And it shall be
said in that day, Lo, this is our God; we have waited for Him, and He
will save us: this is The Lord; we have waited for Him, we will be
glad and rejoice in His salvation.
Isaiah 26:8 KJV
Yea, in the way
of thy judgments, O Lord, have we waited for thee; the desire of our
soul is to thy name, and to the remembrance of thee.
Isaiah 33:2 NLT
But
Lord, be merciful to us, for we have waited for you. Be our strong
arm each day and our salvation in times of trouble.
Acts 1:4,5 KJV
4 And, being
assembled together with them, commanded them that they should not
depart from Jerusalem, but wait for The Promise Of The Father, which,
saith He, ye have heard of Me.
5
For John truly baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with The
Holy Ghost not many days hence.
1
As for you, Titus, promote the kind of living that reflects wholesome
teaching.
2
Teach the older men to exercise self-control, to be worthy of
respect, and to live wisely. They must have sound faith and be filled
with love and patience.
James
1:3,4 KJV
3
Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience.
4
But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and
entire, wanting nothing.
James
5:7,8 NLT
7
Dear brothers and sisters, be patient as you wait for The Lord’s
return. Consider the farmers who patiently wait for the rains in the
fall and in the spring. They eagerly look for the valuable harvest to
ripen.
8
You, too, must be patient. Take courage, for the coming of The Lord
is near.
II
Peter 1:5-8 KJV
5
And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and
to virtue knowledge;
6
And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and
to patience godliness;
7
And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness
charity.
8
For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye
shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord
Jesus Christ.
Dear friends, whatever we do, let's keep believing, and praying, God
answers prayer if we …

Bible Lesson: Titles Of The Church: Church Title: Habitation Of God.
Bible Lesson: Titles Of The Church:
Church Title: Habitation Of God.
Bible Text:
Ephesians 2:13-22 KJV
13 But now in Christ Jesus ye who
sometimes were far off are made nigh by
The Blood Of Christ.
14 For He is our peace, who hath
made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition
between us;
15 Having abolished in His flesh the
enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to
make in Himself of twain one new Man, so making peace;
16 And that He might reconcile both
unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby:
17 And came and preached peace to
you which were afar off, and to them that were nigh.
18 For through Him we both have
access by One Spirit unto The Father.
19 Now therefore ye are no more
strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints, and of
The Household Of God;
20 And are built upon the foundation
of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ Himself being The Chief
Corner Stone;
21 In whom all the building fitly
framed together groweth unto an holy temple in
The Lord:
22 In whom ye also are built
together for an Habitation Of God through The Spirit.
Ephesians 2:13-22 NLT
13 But now you have been united with
Christ Jesus. Once you were far away from God, but now you have been
brought near to Him through The Blood Of Christ.
14 For Christ Himself has brought
peace to us. He united Jews and Gentiles into one people when, in His
own body on the cross, He broke down the wall of hostility that
separated us.
15 He did this by ending the system
of law with its commandments and regulations. He made peace between
Jews and Gentiles by creating in Himself one new people from the two
groups.
16 Together as one body, Christ
reconciled both groups to God by means of His death on the cross, and
our hostility toward each other was put to death.
17 He brought this Good News of
peace to you Gentiles who were far away from Him, and peace to the
Jews who were near.
18 Now all of us can come to The
Father through the same Holy Spirit because of what Christ has done
for us.
(A Temple for The
Lord)
19 So now you Gentiles are no longer
strangers and foreigners. You are citizens along with all of God’s
holy people. You are members of God’s family.
20 Together, we are His house,
built on the foundation of the apostles and the prophets. And The
Cornerstone is Christ Jesus Himself.
21 We are carefully joined together
in Him, becoming a holy temple for The Lord.
22 Through Him you Gentiles are also
being made part of this dwelling where God lives
by His Spirit.
When
one considers building a house of worship, there are literally scores
of choices for stones, which may be used. (Types of building stones:

Question:
Does God need a temple?
Acts 17:24,25
NLT
24 “He is the God
who made the world and everything in it. Since He is
Lord Of Heaven And
Earth, He doesn’t live in man-made temples,
25 and human hands
can’t serve His needs—for He has no needs. He himself gives Life
and breath to everything, and He satisfies every need.
Answer:
There is nothing that God needs, and yet that is not to say that He
does not desire something.
Our Lord, desires a
temple, created with stones, that no contractor has ever used, a
temple built with living stones.
I Peter 2:1-10
KJV
1 Wherefore laying aside all malice,
and all guile, and hypocrisies, and envies, and all evil speakings,
2 As newborn babes, desire the
sincere milk of The Word, that ye may grow thereby:
3 If so be ye have tasted that The
Lord is gracious.
4 To whom coming, as unto A
Living Stone, disallowed indeed of men, but chosen of God, and
precious,
5 Ye also, as lively stones,
are built up a spiritual house, an holy
priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by
Jesus Christ.
6 Wherefore also it is contained in
The Scripture, Behold, I lay in Sion
A Chief Corner Stone, Elect,
Precious: and he that believeth on Him shall not be confounded.
7 Unto you therefore which believe
He is Precious: but unto them which be disobedient, The Stone which
the builders disallowed, the same is made The Head Of The Corner,
8 And A Stone Of Stumbling, and A
Rock Of Offence, even to them which stumble at
The Word, being disobedient:
whereunto also they were appointed.
9 But ye are a chosen generation, a
royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should
shew forth the praises of Him who hath called you out of darkness
into His Marvelous Light;
10 Which in time past were not a
people, but are now the people of God: which had not obtained mercy,
but now have obtained mercy.
I Corinthians
3:9,16,17 KJV
9 For we are laborers together with
God: ye are God's husbandry, ye are God's building.
16 Know ye not that ye are the
temple of God, and that The Spirit Of God dwelleth in you?
17 If any man defile the temple of
God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which
temple ye are.
I Corinthians
6:19 KJV
What? know ye not that your body
is the temple of The Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of
God, and ye are not your own?
II Corinthians
6:16 KJV
And what agreement hath the temple
of God with idols? for ye are the temple of The Living God; as
God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be
their God, and they shall be My people.
Ephesians
2:18-22 KJV
18 For through Him (The Lord Jesus)
we both have access by one Spirit unto The Father.
19 Now therefore ye are no more
strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints, and of
the household of God;
20 And are built upon the foundation
of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ Himself being The Chief
Corner Stone;
21 In whom all the building fitly
framed together groweth unto an holy temple in
The Lord:
22 In whom ye also are built
together for an habitation of God through The Spirit.
Revelation 21:3
KJV
And I heard a great voice out of
heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will
dwell with them, and they shall be His people, and God Himself shall
be with them, and be their God.
Are you, a part of
the Spiritual House our Lord is building? You can be, by calling upon
The Lord, and asking Him to forgive you of your sins, and to be your
Savior.
John 3:14-21 KJV
14 "...The Son Of Man be lifted
up:
15 That whosoever believeth in Him
should not perish, but have eternal life.
16 For God so loved the world, that
He gave His Only Begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should
not perish, but have everlasting life.
17 For God sent not His Son into the
world to condemn the world; but that the world through Him might be
saved.
18 He that believeth on Him is not
condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he
hath not believed in the name of The Only Begotten Son Of God.
19 And this is the condemnation,
that Light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than
Light, because their deeds were evil.
20 For every one that doeth evil
hateth The Light, neither cometh to The Light, lest his deeds should
be reproved.
21 But he that doeth Truth cometh to
The Light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought
in God.
You cannot be a
Living Stone in The Spiritual House of The Lord, unless you have
repented of your sins, and taken The Lord as your Savior. And if you
have, the psalmist tells us...
Psalm 118:15 KJV
The voice of rejoicing and salvation
is in the tabernacles of the righteous:
May that be true of
you, a Living Stone, put in place, by the loving hands of The Master
Builder, and Savior The Lord Jesus Christ.

Loneliness
Bible Questions Answered:
“...loneliness the terrible
loneliness...”
Doreen/ Sydney, New South Wales
Australia
Bible Answer:
Bible Texts:
How cruel, indeed, the pangs of
loneliness. Our Living God Never intended that man ever would be
alone and forsaken!
Psalm 38:11 NLT
My loved ones and friends stay away,
fearing my disease. Even my own family stands at a distance.
Psalm 102:7 KJV
I watch, and am as a sparrow alone
upon the house top.
Sin, separates, and it has separated
us, from our loving Heavenly Father. The answer for loneliness is to
return, return to our Creator, and Savior, who has come so that we
may be reunited, and that forever.
II Corinthians 5:21 NLT
For God (The
Father) made Christ (His
Son), who never sinned, to be the offering for our sin, so
that we could be made right with God through Christ.
Acts 2:21 KJV
And it shall come to pass, that
whosoever shall call on the name of The Lord shall be saved.
Did
Jesus know loneliness?
John 16:32 KJV
Behold, the hour cometh, yea, is now
come, that ye shall be scattered, every man to his own, and shall
leave Me alone: and yet I am not alone, because The Father is with
Me.
The Apostle Paul?
II Timothy
4:16-18 KJV
16 At my first answer no man
stood with me, but all men forsook me: I pray God that it
may not be laid to their charge.
(But the apostle,
had an answer!)
17 Notwithstanding The Lord stood
with me, and strengthened me; that by me the preaching might be
fully known, and that all the Gentiles might hear: and I was
delivered out of the mouth of the lion.
18 And The Lord shall deliver me
from every evil work, and will preserve me unto His heavenly kingdom:
to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.
Psalm 27:10 KJV
When my father and my mother forsake
me, then The Lord will take me up.
Never
Alone
I've seen the lightning flashing,
And heard the thunder roll,
I've felt sin's breakers dashing,
Trying to conquer my soul;
I've heard the voice of my Savior,
Telling me still to fight on,
He promised never to leave me,
Never to leave me alone.
Refrain: (Sing Twice)
No, never alone,
No, never alone,
He promised never to leave me,
Never to leave me alone.
The world's fierce winds are
blowing,
Temptation's sharp and keen,
I have a peace in knowing
My Savior stands between-
He stands to shield me from danger,
When earthly friends are gone,
He promised never to leave me,
Never to leave me alone.
When in affliction's valley
I'm treading the road of care,
My Savior helps me to carry
My cross when heavy to bear,
Though all around me is darkness,
Earthly joys all flown;
My Savior whispers His promise,
"I never will leave thee
alone."
He died for me on the mountain,
For me they pierced His side,
For me He opened the fountain,
The crimson, cleansing tide;
For me He's waiting in glory,
Seated upon His throne,
He promised never to leave me,
Never to leave me alone.

redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art Mine.
2 When thou passest through the
waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not
overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be
burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.

Holy One Of Israel, thy Savior..."

famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?
36 As it is written, For thy sake we
are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the
slaughter.
37 Nay, in all these things we are
more than conquerors through Him that loved us.
38 For I am persuaded, that neither
death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor

Atomic Weapons
Bible Questions Answered:
“Does the bible talk about atomic
bombs?...”
Ralph/ Buffalo, New York U.S.A.
Bible Answer:
Bible Texts:
The following
scriptures may well speak of the sole judgment and power of God or
that of atomic weapons.
Psalm 50:3 KJV
Our God shall come, and shall not
keep silence: a fire shall devour before Him, and it shall be very
tempestuous round about Him.
Psalm 97:3 KJV
A fire goeth before Him, and burneth
up His enemies round about.
Isaiah 13:1-13 KJV
6 Howl ye; for The Day Of The Lord
is at hand; it shall come as a destruction from
The Almighty.
7 Therefore shall all hands be
faint, and every man's heart shall melt:
8 And they shall be afraid: pangs
and sorrows shall take hold of them; they shall be in pain as a woman
that travaileth: they shall be amazed one at another; their faces
shall be as flames.
9 Behold, The Day Of The Lord
cometh, cruel both with wrath and fierce anger, to lay the land
desolate: and He shall destroy the sinners thereof out of it.
10 For the stars of heaven and the
constellations thereof shall not give their light: the sun shall be
darkened in his going forth, and the moon shall not cause her light
to shine.
11 And I will punish the world for
their evil, and the wicked for their iniquity; and I will cause the
arrogancy of the proud to cease, and will lay low the haughtiness of
the terrible.
12 I will make a man more precious
than fine gold; even a man than the golden wedge of Ophir.
13 Therefore I will shake the
heavens, and the earth shall remove out of her place, in the wrath of
The Lord Of Hosts, and in the day of His fierce anger.
Isaiah 24:1,19,20 NLT
1 Look! The Lord is about to destroy
the earth and make it a vast wasteland. He devastates the surface of
the earth and scatters the people.
19 The earth has broken up. It has
utterly collapsed; it is violently shaken.
20 The earth staggers like a drunk.
It trembles like a tent in a storm. It falls and will not rise again,
for the guilt of its rebellion is very heavy.
Isaiah 64:2 KJV
As when the melting fire burneth,
the fire causeth the waters to boil, to make thy name known to thine
adversaries, that the nations may tremble at thy presence!
Isaiah 66:15,16 KJV
15 For, behold, The Lord will come
with fire, and with His chariots like a whirlwind, to render His
anger with fury, and His rebuke with flames of fire.
16 For by fire and by His sword will
The Lord plead with all flesh: and the slain of The Lord shall be
many.
Jeremiah 25:30-33 NLT
30 “Now prophesy all these things,
and say to them, “‘The Lord will roar against His own land from
His holy dwelling in heaven. He will shout like those who tread
grapes; He will shout against everyone on earth.
31 His cry of judgment will reach
the ends of the earth, for The Lord will bring His case against all
the nations. He will judge all the people of the earth, slaughtering
the wicked with the sword. I, The Lord, have spoken!’”
32 This is what The Lord Of Heaven’s
Armies says: “Look! Disaster will fall upon nation after nation! A
great whirlwind of fury is rising from the most distant corners of
the earth!”
33 In that day those The Lord has
slaughtered will fill the earth from one end to the other. No one
will mourn for them or gather up their bodies to bury them. They will
be scattered on the ground like manure.
Ezekiel 20:47,48 KJV
47 And say to the forest of the
south, Hear The Word Of The Lord; Thus saith
The Lord God; Behold, I will kindle
a fire in thee, and it shall devour every green tree in thee, and
every dry tree: the flaming flame shall not be quenched, and all
faces from the south to the north shall be burned therein.
48 And all flesh shall see that I
The Lord have kindled it: it shall not be quenched.
Ezekiel 28:1-23 NLT (A Message
for Gog)
1 This is another message that came
to me from The Lord:
2 “Son of man, turn and face Gog
of the land of Magog, the prince who rules over the nations of
Meshech and Tubal, and prophesy against him.
3 Give him this message from The
Sovereign Lord: Gog, I am your enemy!
4 I will turn you around and put
hooks in your jaws to lead you out with your whole army—your horses
and charioteers in full armor and a great horde armed with shields
and swords.
5 Persia, Ethiopia, and Libya will
join you, too, with all their weapons.
6 Gomer and all its armies will also
join you, along with the armies of Beth-togarmah from the distant
north, and many others.
7 “Get ready; be prepared! Keep
all the armies around you mobilized, and take command of them.
8 A long time from now you will be
called into action. In the distant future you will swoop down on the
land of Israel, which will be enjoying peace after recovering from
war and after its people have returned from many lands to the
mountains of Israel.
9 You and all your allies—a vast
and awesome army—will roll down on them like a storm and cover the
land like a cloud.
10 “This is what The Sovereign
Lord says: At that time evil thoughts will come to your mind, and you
will devise a wicked scheme.
11 You will say, ‘Israel is an
unprotected land filled with unwalled villages! I will march against
her and destroy these people who live in such confidence!
12 I will go to those formerly
desolate cities that are now filled with people who have returned
from exile in many nations. I will capture vast amounts of plunder,
for the people are rich with livestock and other possessions now.
They think the whole world revolves around them!’
13 But Sheba and Dedan and the
merchants of Tarshish will ask, ‘Do you really think the armies you
have gathered can rob them of silver and gold? Do you think you can
drive away their livestock and seize their goods and carry off
plunder?’
14 “Therefore, son of man,
prophesy against Gog. Give him this message from
The Sovereign Lord: When My people
are living in peace in their land, then you will rouse yourself.
15 You will come from your homeland
in the distant north with your vast cavalry and your mighty army,
16 and you will attack My people
Israel, covering their land like a cloud. At that time in the distant
future, I will bring you against My land as everyone watches, and My
holiness will be displayed by what happens to you, Gog. Then all the
nations will know that I am The Lord.
17 “This is what The Sovereign
Lord asks: Are you the one I was talking about long ago, when I
announced through Israel’s prophets that in the future I would
bring you against My people?
18 But this is what The Sovereign
Lord says: When Gog invades the land of Israel, My fury will boil
over!
19 In My jealousy and blazing anger,
I promise a mighty shaking in the land of Israel on that day.
20 All living things—the fish in
the sea, the birds of the sky, the animals of the field, the small
animals that scurry along the ground, and all the people on
earth—will quake in terror at My presence. Mountains will be thrown
down; cliffs will crumble; walls will fall to the earth.
21 I will summon the sword against
you on all the hills of Israel, says
The Sovereign Lord. Your men will
turn their swords against each other.
22 I will punish you and your armies
with disease and bloodshed; I will send torrential rain, hailstones,
fire, and burning sulfur!
23 In this way, I will show My
greatness and holiness, and I will make Myself known to all the
nations of the world. Then they will know that I am The Lord.
Joel 2:1-3;30,31
KJV
1 Blow ye the trumpet in Zion, and
sound an alarm in My holy mountain: let all the inhabitants of the
land tremble: for The Day Of The Lord cometh, for it is nigh at hand;
2 A day of darkness and of
gloominess, a day of clouds and of thick darkness, as the morning
spread upon the mountains: a great people and a strong; there hath
not been ever the like, neither shall be any more after it, even to
the years of many generations.
3 A fire devoureth before them; and
behind them a flame burneth: the land is as the garden of Eden before
them, and behind them a desolate wilderness; yea, and nothing shall
escape them.
30 And I will shew wonders in the
heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke.
31 The sun shall be turned into
darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and terrible Day
Of The Lord Come.
Zephaniah 1:17,18 KJV
17 And I will bring distress upon
men, that they shall walk like blind men, because they have sinned
against The Lord: and their blood shall be poured out as dust, and
their flesh as the dung.
18 Neither their silver nor their
gold shall be able to deliver them in
The Day Of The Lord's Wrath; but the
whole land shall be devoured by the fire of His jealousy: for He
shall make even a speedy riddance of all them that dwell in the land.
Zechariah 14:12 KJV
And this shall be the plague
wherewith The Lord will smite all the people that have fought against
Jerusalem; Their flesh shall consume away while they stand upon their
feet, and their eyes shall consume away in their holes, and their
tongue shall consume away in their mouth.
Malachi 4:1 KJV
For, behold, the day cometh, that
shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do
wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn them
up, saith The Lord Of Hosts, that it shall leave them neither root
nor branch.
Matthew 24:6-8;21,22,29 KJV
6 And ye shall hear of wars and
rumors of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things
must come to pass, but the end is not yet.
7 For nation shall rise against
nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and
pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.
8 All these are the beginning of
sorrows.
21 For then shall be great
tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this
time, no, nor ever shall be.
22 And except those days should be
shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake
those days shall be shortened.
29 Immediately after the tribulation
of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give
her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of
the heavens shall be shaken:
Luke 12:49 KJV
I am come to send fire on the earth;
and what will I, if it be already kindled?
I Thessalonians 5:3 KJV
For when they shall say, Peace and
safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a
woman with child; and they shall not escape.
II Peter 3:10-12 KJV
10 But The Day Of The Lord will come
as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away
with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat,
the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.
11 Seeing then that all these things
shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy
conversation and Godliness,
12 Looking for and hasting unto the
coming of The Day Of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be
dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?
Revelation 6:12-17 NKJV
12 I looked when He opened the sixth
seal, and behold, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became
black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became like blood.
13 And the stars of heaven fell to
the earth, as a fig tree drops its late figs when it is shaken by a
mighty wind.
14 Then the sky receded as a scroll
when it is rolled up, and every mountain and island was moved out of
its place.
15 And the kings of the earth, the
great men, the rich men, the commanders, the mighty men, every slave
and every free man, hid themselves in the caves and in the rocks of
the mountains,
16 and said to the mountains and
rocks, “Fall on us and hide us from the face of Him who sits on the
throne and from the wrath of The Lamb!
17 For the great day of His wrath
has come, and who is able to stand?”
Revelation 8:7-12 KJV
7 The first angel sounded, and there
followed hail and fire mingled with blood, and they were cast upon
the earth: and the third part of trees was burnt up, and all green
grass was burnt up.
8 And the second angel sounded, and
as it were a great mountain burning with fire was cast into the sea:
and the third part of the sea became blood;
9 And the third part of the
creatures which were in the sea, and had life, died; and the third
part of the ships were destroyed.
10 And the third angel sounded, and
there fell a great star from heaven, burning as it were a lamp, and
it fell upon the third part of the rivers, and upon the fountains of
waters;
11 And the name of the star is
called Wormwood: and the third part of the waters became wormwood;
and many men died of the waters, because they were made bitter.
12 And the fourth angel sounded, and
the third part of the sun was smitten, and the third part of the
moon, and the third part of the stars; so as the third part of them
was darkened, and the day shone not for a third part of it, and the
night likewise.
Revelation 9:18 KJV
By these three was the third part of
men killed, by the fire, and by the smoke, and by the brimstone,
which issued out of their mouths.
Revelation 16:1-3,8
1 And I heard a great voice out of
the temple saying to the seven angels, Go your ways, and pour out the
vials of the wrath of God upon the earth.
2 And the first went, and poured out
his vial upon the earth; and there fell a noisome and grievous sore
upon the men which had the mark of the beast, and upon them which
worshiped his image.
3 And the second angel poured out
his vial upon the sea; and it became as the blood of a dead man: and
every living soul died in the sea.
8 And the fourth angel poured out
his vial upon the sun; and power was given unto him to scorch men
with fire.
Friend, put your
trust in The Lord.
II Peter 2:4-9
KJV
4 For if God spared not the angels
that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into
chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment;
5 And spared not the old world, but
saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing
in the flood upon the world of the ungodly;
6 And turning the cities of Sodom
and Gomorrha into ashes condemned them with an overthrow, making them
an example unto those that after should live ungodly;
7 And delivered just Lot, vexed with
the filthy conversation of the wicked:
8 (For that righteous man dwelling
among them, in seeing and hearing, vexed his righteous soul from day
to day with their unlawful deeds;)
9 The Lord knoweth how to deliver
the Godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day
of judgment to be punished:
Deuteronomy 33:27 KJV
The Eternal God is thy refuge, and
underneath are the everlasting arms: and He shall thrust out the
enemy from before thee; and shall say, Destroy them.
II Samuel 22:2,3 KJV
2 And he said, The Lord is my Rock,
and my Fortress, and my Deliverer;
3 The God of my Rock; in Him will I
trust: He is my Shield, and the Horn (power) of my salvation, my High
Tower, and my Refuge, my Savior; thou savest me from violence.
Nahum 1:7 KJV
The Lord is good, a strong hold in
the day of trouble; and He knoweth them that trust in Him.
Psalm 5:11,12 KJV
11 But let all those that put their
trust in thee rejoice: let them ever shout for joy, because thou
defendest them: let them also that love thy name be joyful in thee.
12 For thou, Lord, wilt bless the
righteous; with favor wilt thou compass him as with a shield.
Psalm 27:5 KJV
For in the time of trouble He shall
hide me in His pavilion: in the secret of His tabernacle shall He
hide me; He shall set me up upon A Rock.
Psalms 32:7 KJV
Thou art my hiding place; thou shalt
preserve me from trouble; thou shalt compass me about with songs of
deliverance. Selah.
Psalm 46:1 KJV
God is our refuge and strength, a
very present help in trouble.
Psalm 71:3 KJV
Be thou my strong habitation,
whereunto I may continually resort: thou hast given commandment to
save me; for thou art my Rock and my Fortress.
Psalm 119:114 KJV
Thou art my hiding place and my
shield: I hope in thy Word.

Bible Lesson: Titles Of The Church: Husbandry - God's
Bible Lesson: Titles Of The Church:
Church Title: God's Husbandry.
Bible Text:
I Corinthians 3:9 KJV
For we are laborers together with
God: ye are God's husbandry, ye are God's building.
Husbandry:
The cultivation and production of
edible crops or of animals for food; agriculture; farming.
Dictionary.Com
Our heavenly Father, has called us as
Christian people, to be both branches of The Vine, producing fruit,
and a part of His great Storehouse.
The Word:
John 15:1-8 KJV
1 I am The True Vine, and My
Father is The Husbandman.
2 Every branch in Me that beareth
not fruit He taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, He
purgeth (prunes) it, that it may bring forth more fruit.
3 Now ye are clean through The Word
which I have spoken unto you.
4 Abide in Me, and I in you. As the
branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in The Vine; no
more can ye, except ye abide in Me.
5 I am The Vine, ye are
the branches: He that abideth in Me, and I in him, the same
bringeth forth much fruit: for without Me ye can do nothing.
6 If a man abide not in Me, he is
cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and
cast them into the fire, and they are burned.
7 If ye abide in Me, and My Words
abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto
you.
8 Herein is My Father glorified,
that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be My disciples.
Hebrews 12:1-13
NLT (God’s Discipline Proves His Love)
1 Therefore, since we are surrounded
by such a huge crowd of witnesses to the life of faith, let us strip
off every weight that slows us down, especially the sin that so
easily trips us up. And let us run with endurance the race God has
set before us.
2 We do this by keeping our eyes on
Jesus, The Champion who initiates and perfects our faith. Because of
the joy awaiting Him, He endured the cross, disregarding its shame.
Now He is seated in the place of honor beside God’s throne.
3 Think of all the hostility He
endured from sinful people; then you won’t become weary and give
up.
4 After all, you have not yet given
your lives in your struggle against sin.
5 And have you forgotten the
encouraging words God spoke to you as His children? He said, “My
child, don’t make light of The Lord’s discipline, and don’t
give up when He corrects you.
6 For The Lord disciplines those He
loves, and He punishes each one He accepts as His child.”
7 As you endure this divine
discipline, remember that God is treating you as His own children.
Who ever heard of a child who is never disciplined by its father?
8 If God doesn’t discipline you as
He does all of His children, it means that you are illegitimate and
are not really His children at all.
9 Since we respected our earthly
fathers who disciplined us, shouldn’t we submit even more to the
discipline of The Father of our spirits, and live forever?
10 For our earthly fathers
disciplined us for a few years, doing the best they knew how. But
God’s discipline is always good for us, so that we might share in
His holiness.
11 No discipline is enjoyable while
it is happening—it’s painful! But afterward there will be a
peaceful harvest of right living for those who are trained in this
way.
John 15:2 KJV
and every branch that beareth fruit,
He purgeth (prunes) it, that it may bring forth more fruit.
12 So take a new grip with your
tired hands and strengthen your weak knees.
13 Mark out a straight path for your
feet so that those who are weak and lame will not fall but become
strong.
Deuteronomy 28:8
NLT
The Lord will guarantee a blessing
on everything you do and will fill your storehouses with grain. The
Lord your God will bless you in the land He is giving you.
Proverbs 3:9-12
NLT
9 Honor The Lord with your wealth
and with the best part of everything you produce.
10 Then He will fill your barns with
grain, and your vats will overflow with good wine.
11 My child, don’t reject The
Lord’s discipline, and don’t be upset when He corrects you.
12 For The Lord corrects those He
loves, just as A Father corrects a child in whom He delights.
Haggai 2:19 NLT
I am giving you a promise now while
the seed is still in the barn. You have not yet harvested your grain,
and your grapevines, fig trees, pomegranates, and olive trees have
not yet produced their crops. But from this day onward I will bless
you.”
Matthew 13:30
KJV
Let both grow together until the
harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather
ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them:
but gather the wheat into My barn.
Metaphor
A figure of speech
in which a term or phrase is applied to something to which it is not
literally applicable in order to suggest a resemblance, as in “A
mighty fortress is our God.”.

God's people,
have been likened to both the crop, and the building that stores
them.
As a branch of The
Vine, to be fruitful, our God tells us, must be purged (i.e. pruned).
Does the branch feel any pain? Yes, but The Husbandman does it so
that our fruit will become much more abundant.
Hebrews 12:7 KJV
As you endure this divine
discipline, remember that God is treating you as His own children...”
God's people a
spiritual building, God's storehouse.
Ephesians
2:19-22 KJV
19 Now therefore ye are no more
strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of
The Household Of God;
20 And are built upon the foundation
of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ Himself being
The Chief Corner Stone;
21 In whom all the building fitly
framed together groweth unto
an holy temple in The Lord:
22 In whom ye also are builded
together for an habitation of God through The Spirit.
Our God is at work
in His garden (the world).
Dear Christian,
take heart, keep your eyes fixed on The Champion of our faith.
Isaiah 61:3 KJV
To appoint unto them that mourn in
Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for
mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that
they might be called
