Prayer Request : Young Child Needs Your Prayers

Prayer Request:

Matthew 10:42 NLT
"...if you give even a cup of cold water to one of the least of my followers, you will surely be rewarded."

Dear Friends, the following urgent prayer request has just come in to us.
From the U.S. state of Georgia, a young man by the name of Hadden, has been experiencing violet seizures, which doctors have not, been able to stop.

Hadden's seizures are so bad, he can not eat anything.
This is certainly the work of the enemy.

But in the case of Christ's birth, He was born of a Virgin-Mary, Conceived by the Holy Spirit, a miraculous birth-the seed of a woman.) . The above verse was fulfilled two thousand years ago at Mount Calvary.

Who, if not Christ was this suffering/ slain Messiah, prophesied by Isaiah?

What Everlasting Ruler had come from Bethlehem? Christ!

Micah 5:2 NLT
But you, O Bethlehem Ephrathah, are only a small village among all the people of Judah. Yet a ruler of Israel will come from you, one whose origins are from the distant past.

Daniel was told that a period of time would elapse before the promised Messiah would come.
From the time the command was given to restore and to build Jerusalem, until the promised Messiah there would be some 69 weeks.

Daniel 9:25,26 NLT
25 Now listen and understand! Seven sets of seven plus sixty-two sets of seven will pass from the time the command is given to rebuild Jerusalem until
a rulerthe Anointed One—comes. Jerusalem will be rebuilt with streets and strong defenses, despite the perilous times.

26 “After this period of sixty-two sets of seven, the Anointed One will be killed, appearing to have accomplished nothing, and a ruler will arise whose armies will destroy the city and the Temple. The end will come with a flood, and war and its miseries are decreed from that time to the very end. (Roman Emperor Titus-70 A.D.)

Ezra 1:1-4 NLT
1 In the first year of King Cyrus of Persia (538 B.C.), the Lord fulfilled the prophecy He had given through Jeremiah (Jeremiah 25:11,12/ 29:10). He stirred the heart of Cyrus to put this proclamation in writing and to send it throughout his kingdom:
2 “This is what King Cyrus of Persia says: “The Lord, the God of heaven, has given me all the kingdoms of the earth. He has appointed me to build Him a Temple at Jerusalem, which is in Judah.
3 Any of you who are His people may go to Jerusalem in Judah to rebuild this Temple of the Lord, the God of Israel, who lives in Jerusalem. And may your God be with you!
4 Wherever this Jewish remnant is found, let their neighbors contribute toward their expenses by giving them silver and gold, supplies for the journey, and livestock, as well as a voluntary offering for the Temple of God in Jerusalem.”

Prophesied by Isaiah:
Isaiah 44:28 NLT
When I say of Cyrus, ‘He is my shepherd,’ he will certainly do as I say. He will command, ‘Rebuild Jerusalem’; he will say, ‘Restore the Temple.’”

Daniels prophecy of 69 weeks are weeks of years, not days.
In the Word of God, some times a period of seven years were referred to as a week, e.g.
Genesis 29:27 NLT (Laban negotiating with Jacob.)
26 “It’s not our custom here to marry off a younger daughter ahead of the firstborn,” Laban replied.
27 “But wait until the bridal week is over, then we’ll give you Rachel, too—provided you promise to work another seven years for me.”

And so we see that sixty nine weeks would equal, four hundred and eighty three years.
That is four hundred and eighty three years after the commandment to rebuild the temple went out, that the Messiah would appear.

That Messiah did appear, and He was our blessed Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ, the Lamb of God.

As Isaiah had prophesied, the Messiah had not come to set up an earthly kingdom (Which left many confused. Acts 1:6-7), but to give His life a ransom for many.

The Lord Jesus Christ, died for “All,” sinners.

The next significant event is the Judgment of the Nations, when Christ, divides the sheep from the goats.

I don't think that a person has to go to church, or anything, because we all have a conscience, to do what's right and wrong.

If a conscience was pure, it indeed would guide us, but a conscience may be anything but pure.

Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water.

Our conscience is truthful, when and only when it is aligned with the Word of God.

A compass, is a small needle, balanced upon a pivot, that always points to magnetic north.

But know well the secret of the compass, the needle before being placed into the case, has been magnetized!
It takes a magnet to recognize another magnet.
That is why the little needle spins, it is a small magnet, seeking the influence of another magnetic force, greater than itself.

Our wondering conscience, alone, and unguided, is of little help to anyone.
But when we submit our heart and soul to the Saviour and His Precious Word, our conscience ….
