Soul-Sold To The Devil

Bible Questions Answered:
“I know kids that have sold their souls to the devil...”
Rosemary/ Nottingham, England United Kingdom

Bible Answer:
Bible Texts:

All Of Creation Is The Lord's:

Exodus 19:5 KJV
Now therefore, if ye will obey My voice indeed, and keep My covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto Me above all people: for all the earth is Mine:

Psalm 24:1 KJV
The earth is The Lord's, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.

Psalm 50:10,11 KJV
10 For every beast of the forest is Mine, and the cattle upon a thousand hills.
11 I know all the fowls of the mountains: and the wild beasts of the field are Mine.

Colossians 1:16 KJV
For by Him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by Him, and for Him:

Souls Of Mankind, Are The Lord's::

Deuteronomy 32:6 NKJV
Do you thus deal with The Lord, O foolish and unwise people? Is He not your Father, who bought you?Has He not made you and established you?

Ezekiel 18:4 KJV
Behold, all souls are Mine; as the soul of the father, so also the soul of the son is Mine: the soul that sinneth, it shall die

Homily:
Perhaps the world's best “con artist,” was George C. Parker. For some 30 years it was his habit to sell the Brooklyn bridge, no less than twice a week! One time he sold it for the some of $50,000 dollars.

Now before you get the wrong idea of George, as being some penny ante crook, think again. George also sold on a regular basis Madison Square Gardens and the Statue of Liberty.

And yes he was very successful, police would have to be called from keeping new owners of the Brooklyn Bridge, from setting up tollbooths!

Well of course this was swindling and theft.

John 8:44 KJV
"...the devil...He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the Truth, because there is no Truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.

The point here is, you can't sell what is not your own! Your soul, is God's, sinner or saint, and He alone, through your lifetime choices, will send it to it's eternal destiny!

Joshua 24:15 KJV
And if it seem evil unto you to serve The Lord, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve The Lord.

Hebrews 9:27 KJV
And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:

I Corinthians 6:19,20 KJV
19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of The Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?
20 For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.

Question:
Can someone who has sold their soul to the devil, reverse their decision?

Answer:
Yes, if they have “the desire,” to do so!

Romans 8:38,39 KJV
38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,
39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Acts 2:21 KJV
And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of The Lord shall be saved.

Lord's Prayer-The

Bible Questions Answered:
“I see a Bible error concerning the Lord's prayer. In Matthew he says “in earth as it is in heaven” while in Luke He says “as in heaven, so in earth.” This shows a complete incongruity between Matthew and Luke!...”
Renny/ Paris, France (IIe-de-France)

Bible Answer:
Bible Texts:

Matthew 6:10 KJV (Christ's first year of ministry-sermon on the mount.)
Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.

Luke 11:2 KJV (Christ's last year of ministry, His disciples ask “teach us to pray.”
"...Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, as in heaven, so in earth."

First:
QUESTION: What is the difference between these two verses?
Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.
Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, as in heaven, so in earth."

ANSWER: Absolutely nothing! Both phrases, say and mean the very same thing. God's will should be done in earth, as it is done in heaven!

Second:
We as the people of God, are “not,” to be praying repetitiously, mechanical fixed prayers!

Matthew 6:7,8 KJV
7 But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking.
8 Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask Him.

God's people are to pray from their hearts in love and worship.

Jesus plainly told His followers,...
Matthew 6:9 KJV
After this manner* therefore pray ye..."

*Manner-Greek: Houto, Houtos (Hoo-toce): On this fashion, in like manner.

Matthew 6:9-13 KJV
9 After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.
10 Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.
11 Give us this day our daily bread.
12 And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.
13 And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.

Our Savior said this prayer was to be a template, a guide to our own prayers.

Milllennial Sinners-Where Do They Come From?

Bible Questions Answered:
“How can there be sinners in the Millennium, when Christ has cast out all the goats, the sinners?”
William/ Victoria, Queensland Australia

Bible Answer:
Bible Texts:

Matthew 25:31-46 NLT
31 When The Son Of Man comes in His glory with all of His angels, He will sit on His royal throne.
32 The people of all nations will be brought before Him, and He will separate them, as shepherds separate their sheep from their goats.
33 He will place the sheep on His right and the goats on His left.
34 Then The King will say to those on His right, “My Father has blessed you! Come and receive the kingdom that was prepared for you before the world was created.
35 When I was hungry, you gave Me something to eat, and when I was thirsty, you gave Me something to drink. When I was a stranger, you welcomed Me,
36 and when I was naked, you gave Me clothes to wear. When I was sick, you took care of Me, and when I was in jail, you visited Me.”
37 Then the ones who pleased The Lord will ask, “When did we give you something to eat or drink?
38 When did we welcome you as a stranger or give you clothes to wear
39 or visit you while you were sick or in jail?”
40 The King will answer, “Whenever you did it for any of My people, no matter how unimportant they seemed, you did it for Me.”
41 Then The King will say to those on His left, “Get away from Me! You are under God’s curse. Go into the everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels!
42 I was hungry, but you did not give Me anything to eat, and I was thirsty, but you did not give Me anything to drink.
43 I was a stranger, but you did not welcome Me, and I was naked, but you did not give Me any clothes to wear. I was sick and in jail, but you did not take care of Me.”
44 Then the people will ask, “Lord, when did we fail to help you when you were hungry or thirsty or a stranger or naked or sick or in jail?”
45 The King will say to them, “Whenever you failed to help any of My people, no matter how unimportant they seemed, you failed to do it for Me.”
46 Then Jesus said, “Those people will be punished forever. But the ones who pleased God will have eternal life.”

Yes, our Lord, begins His Millennial rule by cleansing the land of sin!
Well if there is no sin in the land how can Revelation 20:7-9 be true ?

Revelation 20:7-9 NLT
7 At the end of the thousand years, Satan will be set free.
8 He will fool the countries of Gog and Magog, which are at the far ends of the earth, and their people will follow him into battle. They will have as many followers as there are grains of sand along the beach,
9 and they will march all the way across the earth. They will surround the camp of God’s people and the city that His people love. But fire will come down from heaven and destroy the whole army.
10 Then the devil who fooled them will be thrown into the lake of fire and burning sulfur. He will be there with the beast and the false prophet, and they will be in pain day and night forever and ever.

Where did this hoard of sinners come from?
During the millennium a 1,000 year period, these were born to the “sheep,” those who have been accepted by The Lord. (The Sheep)

If we suppose that 40 years is a generation then there will be no less than 25 such generations in the Millennial Kingdom. Time for many many children to be born, and come to adulthood.

Though they were raised in righteousness, many will rebel in sin, falling evil prey to Satan.

Isaiah 65:18-25 KJV (The Millennium a blessed time of Christ rule on earth.)
18 But be ye glad and rejoice for ever in that which I create: for, behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing, and her people a joy.
19 And I will rejoice in Jerusalem, and joy in My people: and the voice of weeping shall be no more heard in her, nor the voice of crying.
20 There shall be no more thence an infant of days, nor an old man that hath not filled his days: for the child shall die an hundred years old; but the sinner being an hundred years old shall be accursed.
21 And they shall build houses, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, and eat the fruit of them.
22 They shall not build, and another inhabit; they shall not plant, and another eat: for as the days of a tree are the days of My people, and Mine elect shall long enjoy the work of their hands.
23 They shall not labor in vain, nor bring forth for trouble; for they are the seed of the blessed of The Lord, and their offspring with them.
24 And it shall come to pass, that before they call, I will answer; and while they are yet speaking, I will hear.
25 The wolf and the lamb shall feed together, and the lion shall eat straw like the bullock: and dust shall be the serpent's meat. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all My holy mountain, saith The Lord.

Sinners in the Millennium? Yes. Adam and Eve though sorry for their sin, gave birth to Cain, a murderer.

Born to Godly parents, yet their offspring will live in rebellion, and after the 1,000 years have expired, and Satan is loosed from his prison, they will be easy prey for him.

Can Godly parents have godless children? Yes. It must be remembered that The Lord Jesus and His saints are ruling and reigning from Jerusalem, for this 1,000 year reign of peace on earth. But even though Christ Himself reigns, still there will be the ungodly.

Isaiah 65:20 KJV
“...but the sinner being an hundred years old shall be accursed.

Old Testament Saints-Salvation

Bible Questions Answered:
“We are saved by the blood of Christ, by what then Old Testament believers saved?...”
Bruna/ Minas Gerais, Brazil South America

Bible Answer:
Bible Texts:

In Old Testament days, when living in faith and obedience, it was said that …

Galatians 3:6 KJV
Even as Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.

Psalm 32:1 KJV
Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered.

For Christians today we know....

I John 1:7,9 KJV
7 But if we walk in The Light, as He is in The Light, we have fellowship one with another, and
the Blood Of Jesus Christ His Son cleanseth us from all sin.
9 If we confess our sins, He is Faithful and Just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

But there is more that must be said!

Revelation 13:8 KJV
And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship Him, whose names are not written in the book of life of The Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.

In this truth, we see that God's Son, in every sense, died for faithful believers from O. T. days as well as all souls after Calvary. Is the atonement of our Savior retroactive? Absolutely!

Romans 3:24,25 CEV
25-26 God sent Christ to be our sacrifice. Christ offered His life’s blood, so that by faith in Him we could come to God.
And God did this to show that in the past (Days of the Old Testament.) He was right to be patient and forgive sinners. This also shows that God is right when He accepts people who have faith in Jesus.

And again...

Hebrews 9:15 CEV
Christ died to rescue those who had sinned and broken the old agreement (Old Testament-Covenant). Now He brings His chosen ones a new agreement (New Testament-Covenant) with its guarantee of God’s eternal blessings!

At Calvary, Jesus died for the sins of Old Testament believers, and New Testament believers! Truly He is …
Revelation 13:8 KJV “...The Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.”

Jesus Christ, God's Son, our perfect sacrifice for sin:

I Corinthians 5:7 KJV
"...For...Christ our Passover (Lamb) is sacrificed for us:

I Peter 1:18-20 KJV
18 Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers;
19 But with the precious blood of Christ, as of A Lamb Without Blemish And Without spot:
20 Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you,

Revelation 7:8-12 KJV
9 After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before The Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands;
10 And cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation to our God which sitteth upon the throne, and unto The Lamb.
11 And all the angels stood round about the throne, and about the elders and the four beasts (four living creatures), and fell before the throne on their faces, and worshiped God,
12 Saying, Amen: Blessing, and glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honor, and power, and might, be unto our God for ever and ever. Amen.

Revelation 15:2-4 KJV
2 And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire: and them that had gotten the victory over the beast, and over his image, and over his mark, and over the number of his name, stand on the sea of glass, having the harps of God.
3 And they sing the song of Moses the servant of God, and the song of The Lamb, saying, Great and marvelous are thy works, Lord God Almighty; just and true are thy ways, thou King Of Saints.
4 Who shall not fear thee, O Lord, and glorify thy name? for thou only art holy: for all nations shall come and worship before thee; for thy judgments are made manifest.

Bible Lesson: Prayers Of Jesus: “The Fear Of The Lord Is The Beginning Of Wisdom...” Psalm 110:10 KJV

Bible Lesson: Prayers Of Jesus: “The Fear Of The Lord Is The Beginning Of Wisdom...”
Psalm 110:10 KJV (Job 28:28/ Proverbs 1:7/ 9:10/ 15:33)

Location: Nain.

Lesson: Humility And Obedience, The Mark Of God's Children.

Bible Text:

Matthew 11:25 KJV
At that time Jesus answered and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes.

Isaiah 28:9,10 KJV
9 Whom shall He teach knowledge? and whom shall He make to understand doctrine? them that are weaned from the milk, and drawn from the breasts.
10 For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little:

Worldly Wisdom:

Job 5:12-14 NKJV
12 He frustrates the devices of the crafty, So that their hands cannot carry out their plans.
13 He catches the wise in their own craftiness, And the counsel of the cunning comes quickly upon them.
14 They meet with darkness in the daytime, And grope at noontime as in the night.

Isaiah 29:14 NLT
"... I will once again astound these hypocrites with amazing wonders. The wisdom of the wise will pass away, and the intelligence of the intelligent will disappear.”

Isaiah 40:21-23 NKJV
21 Have you not known? Have you not heard? Has it not been told you from the beginning? Have you not understood from the foundations of the earth?
22 It is He who sits above the circle of the earth, And its inhabitants are like grasshoppers, Who stretches out the heavens like a curtain, And spreads them out like a tent to dwell in.
23 He brings the princes to nothing; He makes the judges of the earth useless.

Isaiah 41:11 NKJV
Behold, all those who were incensed against you Shall be ashamed and disgraced; They shall be as nothing, And those who strive with you shall perish.

Isaiah 59:8 KJV
The way of peace they know not; and there is no judgment in their goings: they have made them crooked paths: whosoever goeth therein shall not know peace.

Jeremiah 4:22 NKJV
For My people are foolish, They have not known Me. They are silly children, And they have no understanding. They are wise to do evil, But to do good they have no knowledge.”

Micah 4:12 NLT
But they do not know The Lord’s thoughts or understand His plan. These nations don’t know that He is gathering them together to be beaten and trample like sheaves of grain on a threshing floor.

Romans 1:21,22 KJV
21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified Him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,

Romans 10:3 KJV
For they being ignorant of God's righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God.

I Corinthians 1:19-21 KJV
19 For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent.
20 Where is the wise? where is the scribe? where is the disputer of this world? hath not God made foolish the wisdom of this world?
21 For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe.

I Corinthians 3:18-21 NKJV
18 Let no one deceive himself. If anyone among you seems to be wise in this age, let him become a fool that he may become wise.
19 For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, “He catches the wise in their own craftiness”;
20 and again, “The Lord knows the thoughts of the wise, that they are futile.”
21 Therefore let no one boast in men. For all things are yours..."

I Corinthians 8:1,2 NKJV
1...We know that we all have knowledge. Knowledge puffs up, but love edifies.
2 And if anyone thinks that he knows anything, he knows nothing yet as he ought to know.

Ephesians 4:18,19 KJV
18 Their minds are full of darkness; they wander far from the life God gives because they have closed their minds and hardened their hearts against Him.
19 They have no sense of shame. They live for lustful pleasure and eagerly practice every kind of impurity.

Colossians 2:8 KJV
Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.

James 3:13-18 NKJV
13 Who is wise and understanding among you? Let him show by good conduct that his works are done in the meekness of wisdom.
14 But if you have bitter envy and self-seeking in your hearts, do not boast and lie against The Truth. 15 This wisdom does not descend from above, but is earthly, sensual, demonic.
16 For where envy and self-seeking exist, confusion and every evil thing are there.
17 But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, willing to yield, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hypocrisy.
18 Now the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace.

The Wisdom Of God:

Psalm 104:24 KJV
O Lord, how manifold are thy works! in wisdom hast thou made them all: the earth is full of thy riches.

Proverbs 3:19 KJV
The Lord by wisdom hath founded the earth; by understanding hath He established the heavens.

Isaiah 46:9,10 KJV
9 Remember the former things of old: for I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like Me,
10 Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all My pleasure:

Daniel 2:20 KJV
Daniel answered and said, Blessed be the name of God for ever and ever: for wisdom and might are His:

Romans 11:33-36 KJV
33 O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable are His judgments, and His ways past finding out!
34 For who hath known the mind of The Lord? or who hath been His counselor?
35 Or who hath first given to Him, and it shall be recompensed unto him again?
36 For of Him, and through him, and to him, are all things: to whom be glory for ever. Amen.

I Corinthians 1:25 KJV
"... the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men.

As a child of God, our lives are to be as innocent as babes, and found in meekness.
Meekness: Humble, gentle, kind, submissive.

Psalm 22:26 KJV
The meek shall eat and be satisfied: they shall praise The Lord that seek Him: your heart shall live for ever.

Psalm 25:9 KJV
The meek will He guide in judgment: and the meek will He teach His way.

Psalm 37:11 KJV
But the meek shall inherit the earth; and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace.

Psalm 147:6 KJV
The Lord lifteth up the meek: He casteth the wicked down to the ground.

Psalm 149:4 KJV
For The Lord taketh pleasure in His people: He will beautify the meek with salvation.

Zephaniah 2:3 KJV
Seek ye The Lord, all ye meek of the earth, which have wrought His judgment; seek righteousness, seek meekness: it may be ye shall be hid in the day of The Lord's anger.

Matthew 5:5 KJV
Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth.

Matthew 11:29 KJV
Take My yoke upon you, and learn of Me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.

Galatians 5:23 KJV
Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.

Ephesians 4:2 KJV
With all lowliness and meekness, with long suffering, forbearing one another in love;

Colossians 3:12 KJV
Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, long suffering;

I Timothy 6:11 KJV
But thou, O man of God,...follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness.

James 3:13 KJV
Who is a wise man and endued with knowledge among you? let him shew out of a good conversation his works with meekness of wisdom.

I Peter 3:15 KJV
But sanctify The Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear:

Anti-Christ's - Mission

Bible Questions Answered:
“What does anti christ come to do on earth?”
Partho/ Tamil Nadu India

Bible Answer:
Bible Texts:

Satan, the enemy of our souls, only mimics what he has seen, and knows.

God is a trinity, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, these three act as one, for they are one in perfect unity.
Matthew 28:19 KJV
Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of The Father, and of The Son, and of The Holy Ghost:

Satan, has his evil trinity, Father (Satan-the serpent, dragon), The Anti-Christ (earthly son), and evil spirit or evil spiritual leader, the False Prophet.

Revelation 20:10 KJV (Evil trinity.)
And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

The Anti-Christ, will come to establish a new world order of social and religious belief.

Jesus called disciples.
Matthew 10:1 KJV
And when He had called unto Him His twelve disciples, He gave them power against unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all manner of sickness and all manner of disease.

Anti-Christ and his disciples.
II Corinthians 11:13-15 KJV
13 For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ.
14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.
15 Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.

Jesus God's Son, came performing miracles.
John 3:2 KJV
The same (Nicodemus) came to Jesus by night, and said unto Him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a Teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with Him.
(The New Testament)

Anti-Christ will come performing miracles.
II Thessalonians 2:8-12 KJV
8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom The Lord shall consume with The Spirit of His mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of His coming:
9 Even him (Anti-Christ), whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,
10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

God's Holy Spirit, performed miracles:
Acts 2:1-4 KJV
1 And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.
2 And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting.
3 And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them.
4 And they were all filled with The Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as The Spirit gave them utterance.

Anti-Christ's, false prophet, evil spiritual leader, will perform miracles:]
Revelation 13:13-15 KJV
13 And he (Anti-Christ's false prophet-spiritual leader.) doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men,
14 And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.
15 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.

The Mystery of Godliness:
I Timothy 3:16 KJV
And without controversy great is the mystery of Godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in The Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.

The Mystery Of Evil:
II Thessalonians 2:6,7 MSG
You’ll also remember that I told you the Anarchist is being held back until just the right time. That doesn’t mean that the spirit of anarchy is not now at work. It is, secretly and underground. But the time will come when the Anarchist will no longer be held back, but will be let loose.

God, marks His servants:
Revelation 7:2,3 KJV
2 And I saw another angel ascending from the east, having the seal of The Living God: and he cried with a loud voice to the four angels, to whom it was given to hurt the earth and the sea,
3 Saying, Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads.

Anti-Christ has men marked:
Revelation 13:16-18 KJV
16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:
17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.

II Corinthians 6:14-18 KJV
14 Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath Light with darkness?
15 And what concord hath Christ with Belial (the devil)? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel?
16 And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of The Living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people.
17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith The Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you.
18 And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be My sons and daughters, saith The Lord Almighty.

Christ-For Or Against

Bible Questions Answered:
“Among my friends some I like and some I deeply love they are so close to me. Some I know I would never have as friends. Very little is black and white, so why did Jesus say friends or not friends, followers or enemies?...”
Chelsea/ San Diego, California U.S.A.

Bible Answer:
Bible Texts:

Luke 11:14-23 KJV
14 And He was casting out a devil, and it was dumb. And it came to pass, when the devil was gone out, the dumb spake; and the people wondered.
15 But some of them said, He casteth out devils through Beelzebub the chief of the devils.
16 And others, tempting Him, sought of Him a sign from heaven.
17 But He, knowing their thoughts, said unto them, Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and a house divided against a house falleth.
18 If Satan also be divided against himself, how shall his kingdom stand? because ye say that I cast out devils through Beelzebub.
19 And if I by Beelzebub cast out devils, by whom do your sons cast them out? therefore shall they be your judges.
20 But if I with the finger of God cast out devils, no doubt the kingdom of God is come upon you.
21 When a strong man armed keepeth his palace, his goods are in peace:
22 But when a stronger than he shall come upon him, and overcome him, he taketh from him all his armor wherein he trusted, and divideth his spoils.
23 He that is not with Me is against Me: and he that gathereth not with Me scattereth. (See also: Matthew 12:25-30/Mark 3:23-27/ Mark 9:40)

Homily:
My grandfather, on my mother's side, was an office worker for Soo Line Railroad, for some 46 years. Needless to say, everyone in our family is a railroad buff. We love to take a train, when we can!

One is either on the train, and going somewhere, or
not on the train, and going nowhere.

Is this a hard concept to understand?
Jesus said, either you are on board, (in the kingdom), or you are not, and are lost!

There are no grey areas, no neutral zones, no happy mediums, no middle grounds, and no way stations of indecision!
One is either receptive to this world's only Savior, or in denial of Him, and lost.

Luke 16:13 KJV
No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other..."

Luke 11:23 KJV
He that is not with Me is against Me: and he that gathereth not with Me scattereth.

Gathering, the work and mission of The Lord, while scattering, the work of Satan.

Luke 9:49,50 KJV
49 And John answered and said, Master, we saw one casting out devils in thy name; and we forbad him, because he followeth not with us.
50 And Jesus said unto him, Forbid him not: for he that is not against us is for us.

John thought that because the man, had not been called of Jesus, he had no right to use His name.
But Jesus corrected him saying “ Forbid him not: for he that is not against us is for us.”
This man believed in the name, and the power of The Lord Jesus Christ, and that He had come to liberate those that were bound. He had made his decision, he followed The Lord Jesus Christ.

Now, someone may say today, “I have not yet decided for Christ, maybe latter in life I will, I'm not sure.” Friend, you have made a decision! You are against Christ! To not decide for, is to decide against! If there is one thing our Lord eagerly wished to make known it is this Truth!

Luke 11:23 KJV
He that is not with Me is against Me..."

Jesus Christ, cannot be just someone you have heard about, or talked about, that leaves you on thee outside of receiving Him, as your “own-personal Savior!”

II Corinthians 6:2 KJV
(For He saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured (helped) thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.)

Hebrews 4:7 KJV
"...Today if ye will hear His voice, harden not your hearts."

Proverbs 27:1 KJV
Boast not thyself of to morrow; for thou knowest not what a day may bring forth.

James 4:13,14 KJV
13 Go to now, ye that say, To day or to morrow we will go into such a city, and continue there a year, and buy and sell, and get gain:
14 Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapor, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away.

Bible Lesson: Prayers Of Jesus: A Desire To Be In God's Presence, And His Will.

Bible Lesson: Prayers Of Jesus: A Desire To Be In God's Presence, And His Will.

Location: A Mountain Top In Capernaum.

Lesson: Facing Important Decisions In Life, Face Them With Prayer!

Bible Text:
Luke 6:12 KJV
And it came to pass in those days, that He went out into a mountain to pray, and continued all night in prayer to God.

The enemies of Jesus, were waiting for Him. Where were they waiting, in some dark alley? No, they were waiting to set a trap for Him, at the Synagog. It was the Sabbath, and all eyes were on Jesus to see whether or not He would heal the man with the withered hand. “Rise up and stand forth,” Jesus said to the man, “Stretch forth thy hand. And he did so; and his hand was restored whole as the other.”

The Scribes and the Pharisees, “were filled with madness, and communed one with another what they might do to Jesus.”

What do you do when faced with opposition, what do you do before you make major decisions, Jesus was about to call His twelve disciples.

Jesus, found a solitary place, and prayed, and He prayed all throughout the night.

Prayer And Its Importance:

Seek The Lord and His strength, seek His face continually.

Psalm 5:3 KJV

Isaiah 65;24 KJV

Zechariah 13:9 KJV
And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on My name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is My people: and they shall say, The Lord is my God.

Matthew 6:5 KJV
And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites are: for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.

Matthew 7:7,8 KJV
7 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:
8 For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.

Mark 11:24 KJV
Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.

Luke 5:16 KJV
And He withdrew Himself into the wilderness, and prayed.

Luke 11:9,10 KJV
9 And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.
10 For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.

Luke 18:1 KJV
And He spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint;

John 15:7 KJV
If ye abide in Me, and My words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.

Pray without ceasing.

Is any among you afflicted? let him pray..."

I John 3:22 KJV
And whatsoever we ask, we receive of Him, because we keep His commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in His sight.

Revelation 8:3-5 NLT (Prayers heard and kept)
3 Then another angel with a gold incense burner came and stood at the altar. And a great amount of incense was given to him to mix with the prayers of God’s people as an offering on the gold altar before the throne.
4 The smoke of the incense, mixed with the prayers of God’s holy people, ascended up to God from the altar where the angel had poured them out.
5 Then the angel filled the incense burner with fire from the altar..."

Pauline/ Quezon City, Philippines

22 However, it is not a sin to refrain from making a vow.
23 But once you have voluntarily made a vow, be careful to fulfill your promise to The Lord your God.

Ecclesiastes 5:4,5 KJV
4 When thou vowest a vow unto God, defer not to pay it; for He hath no pleasure in fools: pay that which thou hast vowed.
5 Better is it that thou shouldest not vow, than that thou shouldest vow and not pay.

Bible Vows:

Nazarite Vow:
Numbers 6:1-21 KJV
1 And The Lord spake unto Moses, saying,
2 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When either man or woman shall separate themselves to vow a vow of a Nazarite, to separate themselves unto The Lord:
3 He shall separate himself from wine and strong drink, and shall drink no vinegar of wine, or vinegar of strong drink, neither shall he drink any liquor of grapes, nor eat moist grapes, or dried.
4 All the days of his separation shall he eat nothing that is made of the vine tree, from the kernels even to the husk.
5 All the days of the vow of his separation there shall no razor come upon his head: until the days be fulfilled, in the which he separateth himself unto The Lord, he shall be holy, and shall let the locks of the hair of his head grow.
6 All the days that he separateth himself unto The Lord he shall come at no dead body.
7 He shall not make himself unclean for his father, or for his mother, for his brother, or for his sister, when they die: because the consecration of his God is upon his head.
8 All the days of his separation he is holy unto The Lord.
9 And if any man die very suddenly by him, and he hath defiled the head of his consecration; then he shall shave his head in the day of his cleansing, on the seventh day shall he shave it.
10 And on the eighth day he shall bring two turtles, or two young pigeons, to the priest, to the door of the tabernacle of the congregation:
11 And the priest shall offer the one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering, and make an atonement for him, for that he sinned by the dead, and shall hallow his head that same day.
12 And he shall consecrate unto The Lord the days of his separation, and shall bring a lamb of the first year for a trespass offering: but the days that were before shall be lost, because his separation was defiled.
13 And this is the law of the Nazarite, when the days of his separation are fulfilled: he shall be brought unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation:
14 And he shall offer his offering unto The Lord, one he lamb of the first year without blemish for a burnt offering, and one ewe lamb of the first year without blemish for a sin offering, and one ram without blemish for peace offerings,
15 And a basket of unleavened bread, cakes of fine flour mingled with oil, and wafers of unleavened bread anointed with oil, and their meat offering, and their drink offerings.
16 And the priest shall bring them before The Lord, and shall offer his sin offering, and his burnt offering:
17 And he shall offer the ram for a sacrifice of peace offerings unto The Lord, with the basket of unleavened bread: the priest shall offer also his meat offering, and his drink offering.
18 And the Nazarite shall shave the head of his separation at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, and shall take the hair of the head of his separation, and put it in the fire which is under the sacrifice of the peace offerings.
19 And the priest shall take the sodden shoulder of the ram, and one unleavened cake out of the basket, and one unleavened wafer, and shall put them upon the hands of the Nazarite, after the hair of his separation is shaven:
20 And the priest shall wave them for a wave offering before The Lord: this is holy for the priest, with the wave breast and heave shoulder: and after that the Nazarite may drink wine.
21 This is the law of the Nazarite who hath vowed, and of his offering unto The Lord for his separation, beside that that his hand shall get: according to the vow which he vowed, so he must do after the law of his separation.

31 Then it shall be, that whatsoever cometh forth of the doors of my house to meet me, when I return in peace from the children of Ammon, shall surely be The Lord's, and I will offer it up for a burnt offering.

Hannah
I Samuel 1:11 KJV
And she vowed a vow, and said, O Lord Of Hosts, if thou wilt indeed look on the affliction of thine handmaid, and remember me, and not forget thine handmaid, but wilt give unto thine handmaid a man child, then I will give him unto The Lord all the days of his life, and there shall no razor come upon his head.

Friends-When they Fail You.

Bible Questions Answered:
“I am close to giving up, the friend I thought I had doesn't talk to me any more who I thought was a christian friend...”
Tracy/ Bismarck, North Dakota U.S.A.

Bible Answer:
Bible Texts:

Friends may fall away by the wayside, but as Christians we have a special friend....

Proverbs 18:24 KJV
A man that hath friends must shew himself friendly: and there is A Friend that sticketh closer than a brother. (And that friend is The Lord Jesus.)

John 13:1 KJV
Now before the feast of the passover, when Jesus knew that His hour was come that He should depart out of this world unto The Father, having loved His own which were in the world, He loved them unto the end.

John 15:13-15 KJV
13 Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for His friends.
14 Ye are My friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you.
15 Henceforth I call you not servants; for the servant knoweth not what his Lord doeth:
but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of My Father I have made known unto you.

Psalm 27:1-14 NLT
1 The Lord is my Light and my Salvation— so why should I be afraid? The Lord is my Fortress, protecting me from danger, so why should I tremble?
2 When evil people come to devour me, when my enemies and foes attack me, they will stumble and fall.
3 Though a mighty army surrounds me, my heart will not be afraid. Even if I am attacked, I will remain confident.
4 The one thing I ask of The Lord— the thing I seek most— is to live in The House Of The Lord all the days of my life, delighting in The Lord’s perfections and meditating in His Temple.
5 For He will conceal me there when troubles come; He will hide me in His sanctuary. He will place me out of reach on a high Rock.
6 Then I will hold my head high above my enemies who surround me. At His sanctuary I will offer sacrifices with shouts of joy, singing and praising The Lord with music.
7 Hear me as I pray, O Lord. Be merciful and answer me!
8 My heart has heard you say, “Come and talk with Me.” And my heart responds, “Lord, I am coming.”
9 Do not turn your back on me. Do not reject your servant in anger. You have always been my helper.
Don’t leave me now; don’t abandon me, O God of my salvation!
10 Even if my father and mother abandon me, The Lord will hold me close.
11 Teach me how to live, O Lord. Lead me along the right path, for my enemies are waiting for me.
12 Do not let me fall into their hands. For they accuse me of things I’ve never done; with every breath they threaten me with violence.
13 Yet I am confident I will see The Lord’s goodness while I am here in the land of the living.
14 Wait patiently for The Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for The Lord.

Psalm 31:13-16 NLT
13 I have heard the many rumors about me..."
14 But I am trusting you, O Lord, saying, “You are my God!”
15 My future is in your hands..."
16 Let your favor shine on your servant.

Psalm 119:64 NLT
O Lord, your unfailing love fills the earth; teach me your decrees.

Psalm 142:1-5 KJV
I cried unto The Lord with my voice; with my voice unto The Lord did I make my supplication.
2 I poured out my complaint before Him; I shewed before Him my trouble.
3 When my spirit was overwhelmed within me, then thou knewest my path..."
4 I looked on my right hand, and beheld, but there was no man that would know me: refuge failed me; no man cared for my soul.
5 I cried unto thee, O Lord: I said, Thou art my refuge and my portion in the land of the living.

What A Friend We Have In Jesus

What a friend we have in Jesus,
All our sins and griefs to bear!
What a privilege to carry
Everything to God in prayer!
Oh, what peace we often forfeit,
Oh, what needless pain we bear,
All because we do not carry
Everything to God in prayer!

Have we trials and temptations?
Is there trouble anywhere?
We should never be discouraged—
Take it to the Lord in prayer.
Can we find a friend so faithful,
Who will all our sorrows share?
Jesus knows our every weakness;
Take it to the Lord in prayer.

Are we weak and heavy-laden,
Cumbered with a load of care?
Precious Savior, still our refuge—
Take it to the Lord in prayer.
Do thy friends despise, forsake thee?
Take it to the Lord in prayer!
In His arms He’ll take and shield thee,
Thou wilt find a solace there.

Blessed Savior, Thou hast promised
Thou wilt all our burdens bear;
May we ever, Lord, be bringing
All to Thee in earnest prayer.
Soon in glory bright, unclouded,
There will be no need for prayer—
Rapture, praise, and endless worship
Will be our sweet portion there.
