God's Love And Fairness

Bible Questions Answered:
“...he told me he wants nothing to do with God, because God is cruel and unfair...”
William/ Sydney, New South Wales, Australia

Bible Answer:

Bible Texts:

Cruel:
Willfully or knowingly causing pain or distress to others.
Dictionary.Com

James 1:13,14 NLT
13 And remember, when you are being tempted, do not say, “God is tempting me.” God is never tempted to do wrong, and He never tempts anyone else.
14 Temptation comes from our own desires, which entice us and drag us away

A cruel tempter, certainly, does not, describe The God Of The Bible, but does describe our enemy, the devil.

John 10:10 KJV
The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have Life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

Our God, Is A God Of Love!

John 3:16,17 NLT
16 “For this is how God loved the world: He gave His one and Only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life.
17 God sent His Son into the world not to judge the world, but to save the world through Him.

Romans 5:5 KJV
And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by
The Holy Ghost which is given unto us.

Romans 8:39 KJV
Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Ephesians 2:4 KJV
But God, who is rich in mercy, for His great love wherewith He loved us,

I John 4:7,8,10,12,16,20 KJV
7 Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God.
8 He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.
10 Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us, and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins.
12 No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and His love is perfected in us.
16 And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him.
20 If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen?

The Fairness Of God;

Psalm 62:11,12 KJV
11 God hath spoken once; twice have I heard this; that power belongeth unto God.
12 Also unto thee, O Lord, belongeth mercy: for thou renderest to every man according to his work.

Jeremiah 17:10 KJV
The Lord search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings.

Matthew 16:27 KJV
For The Son Of Man shall come in the glory of His Father with His angels; and then He shall reward every man according to his works.

II Corinthians 5:10 KJV
For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.

Galatians 6:7,8 KJV
7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.
8 For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to The Spirit shall of The Spirit reap life everlasting.

Revelation 20:12 KJV
And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is The Book Of Life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.

God is both loving and fair to all, with no exception.
He sends, “no one,” to destruction, individuals send themselves, by refusing His great love, and mercy.
Dear friend, turn to Him today.

Prayer:

Nehemiah 9:17 KJV
"...but thou art a God ready to pardon, gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness..."

Isaiah 1:18 KJV
Come now, and let us reason together, saith The Lord: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.

Dear Lord, be merciful to me a sinner. I confess and forsake my sins, and ask you to forgive me, and make me a child of God, for you have said, “...whosoever shall call on the name of The Lord shall be saved.” Acts 2:21 KJV

Thank you for dying for me, taking my place in judgment, that I might be pardoned. I take you as the Savior, and Lord (Master) of my life. Help me to read your word, confess you, and live for you.
Amen

Micah 6:8 KJV
He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth The Lord require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?
