All those listed above include fourteen generations from Abraham to David, fourteen from David to the Babylonian exile, and fourteen from the Babylonian exile to The Messiah.

The scepter shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh come; and unto Him shall the gathering of the people be.
This verse is a Messianic promise. The scepter speaks of royal power, the chieftains staff (mace) from between his feet, speaks of authority and power.
Princely power and authority was to remain in Judah, until Shiloh (The Messiah), would come.
Only through Shiloh, would there be ultimate peace and safety, as He is The Prince Of Peace.

The Mighty God, The Everlasting Father, The Prince Of Peace.
