Prayer Request For Christians In Kenya

Prayer Request for Christians in Kenya:

Please pray for Christians in Nairobi,Kenya, East Africa.

Sunday morning, militant Islamist group al-Shabaab (Ally to Al-Qaida), threw hand grenades inside two churches.  As Christian people ran out the church doors, for safety, the militants sprayed them with gunfire. Seventeen people dead, scores seriously injured, seven are in critical condition.

Local media showed dead bodies of believers under church pews.
Also on Sunday, two other militants threw hand grenades into a Roman Catholic Church in Garissa.

All these militant assailants have escaped.

Dear Christian, we must be in prayer, for our brothers and sisters around the world, that are under Satan's  attack.

Matthew 10:40-42 NLT
40 “Anyone who receives you receives Me, and anyone who receives Me receives the Father who sent Me.
41 If you receive a prophet as one who speaks for God, you will be given the same reward as a prophet. And if you receive righteous people because of their righteousness, you will be given a reward like theirs.
42 And if you give even a cup of cold water to one of the least of My followers, you will surely be rewarded.”

If these things be true and of course they are, what a great reward will there be for those who take it upon themselves to intercede for suffering believers around this world. And their numbers are rising!

Revelation 12:12 KJV
"...Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.

Victory Ahead for God's people!

Romans 8:35-39 KJV
35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?
36 As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.
37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him that loved us.
38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,
39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

II Timothy 3:12,13 KJV
12 Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.
13 But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.

Hebrews 13:3 KJV
Remember them that are in bonds, as bound with them; and them which suffer adversity, as being yourselves also in the body.

Revelation 12:11 KJV
And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.

Revelation 2:10 KJV
Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.

II Thessalonians 1:3-12 NLT (Apostle Paul speaks to the suffering Thessalonian church.)
3 Dear brothers and sisters, we can’t help but thank God for you, because your faith is flourishing and your love for one another is growing.
4 We proudly tell God’s other churches about your endurance and faithfulness in all the persecutions and hardships you are suffering.
5 And God will use this persecution to show His justice and to make you worthy of His Kingdom, for which you are suffering.
6 In His justice He will pay back those who persecute you.
7 And God will provide rest for you who are being persecuted and also for us when the Lord Jesus appears from heaven. He will come with His mighty angels,
8 in flaming fire, bringing judgment on those who don’t know God and on those who refuse to obey the Good News of our Lord Jesus.
9 They will be punished with eternal destruction, forever separated from the Lord and from His glorious power.
10 When He comes on that day, He will receive glory from His holy people—praise from all who believe. And this includes you, for you believed what we told you about Him.
11 So we keep on praying for you, asking our God to enable you to live a life worthy of His call. May He give you the power to accomplish all the good things your faith prompts you to do.
12 Then the name of our Lord Jesus will be honored because of the way you live, and you will be honored along with Him. This is all made possible because of the grace of our God and Lord, Jesus Christ.
