What happens to the Jews during the tribulation?

Immediately after the resurrection (The Secret Catching Away) of the Church of Jesus Christ,
a man, enters the world scene, making alliances with peace as his promise.

Daniel 11:21,36-39 KJV
21 And in his estate shall stand up a vile person, to whom they shall not give the honour of the kingdom: but he shall come in peaceably, and obtain the kingdom by flatteries.

Will Israel, the Jewish people, want anything to do with a man who would willingly spit on the name of Jesus Christ?
and shall prosper till the indignation be accomplished: for that that is determined shall be done.
37 Neither shall he regard the God of his fathers, nor the desire of women, nor regard any god: for he shall magnify himself above all.
38 But in his estate shall he honour the God of forces: and a god whom his fathers knew not shall he honour with gold, and silver, and with precious stones, and pleasant things.
39 Thus shall he do in the most strong holds with a strange god, whom he shall acknowledge and increase with glory: and he shall cause them to rule over many, and shall divide the land for gain.
The Anti-Christ will make a covenant of peace with the nations of Israel.

And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week (A week of years, thus 7 years): and in the midst of the week (After 3 1/2 years) he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.
In the midst of the covenant with Israel, the Anti-Christ shows his true colors.
He throws out the Jewish sacrifices out of the temple, along with it's ark, and with the false prophet, sets up and image of himself in the temple, so as to receive worship, this is the Abomination of Desolation spoken of by Daniel, and our Lord.

And arms shall stand on his part, and they shall pollute the sanctuary of strength, and shall take away the daily sacrifice, and they shall place the abomination that maketh desolate.

His army will take over the Temple fortress, pollute the sanctuary, put a stop to the daily sacrifices, and set up the sacrilegious object that causes desecration.

And “flee into the mountains” that is just what the Jews will do, for they know only too well, no earthly man can be God!
They will flee to the hills of Petra to hide from the wrath of the Anti-Christ.
In their great oppression, they will realize, that all along, Christ, was indeed the very Son of God.
They will weep and wail in true repentance.
