(This takes place after the battle of Armageddon, before the Millennium.)

After the Millennium, Satan, himself, is cast into the Lake of Fire.
Is hell, or the Lake of Fire a place of annihilation?
Absolute not.
After being in the lake of fire for one thousand years, Satan, joins the Anti-Christ, and False Prophet, they have not, been annihilated, but have been in torment.

Revelation 20:6-15 KJV
6 Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with Him a thousand years.
7 And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison,

In verse 14 (above), we see that the Lake of Fire and Hell, are not one of the same. True, they are the same in nature.
One (hell), is poured into the other (Lake of Fire).
The vicinity of hell is always considered, down (John 8:23), at the center of the earth, while the lake of fire may very well have no fixed location “wandering stars, to whom is reserved the blackness of darkness for ever” Jude 7:13 KJV, “outer darkness: “ Matthew 8:12 KJV.
The Lake of Fire is called “The Second Death,” eternal damnation.

II Thessalonians 1:7-9 KJV
7 And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with His mighty angels,
8 In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:
9 Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of His power;
