Standing Firm Against The Enemy
The enemy comes to resist (fight against) the child of God, he resisted the Lord Jesus ( Matthew 4:1-11), and he comes to oppose us.
He will tell us that we are not saved, we are not healed, we are not in the Lord's Way, etc..etc..etc...
But he is a liar and the father of all lies (John 8:44 KJV “When he (the devil) speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it....”
The Word of the Lord, tells us that we are not to believe our enemy...Ephesians 4:27 KJV “Neither give place to the devil.”.....but we are to.....
James 4:7 KJV Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
Proverbs 18:10 KJV The name of the LORD is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is safe.
I John 5:4 NIV “For everyone born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith.”
Revelation 12:11 KJV “And they overcame him (the devil, the enemy of our body, soul, and spirit) by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony;...”
