Trent/

Bible Answer:
Bible Texts:
Genesis
6:8,9 KJV
8
But Noah found grace in the eyes of The Lord.
9
These are the generations of Noah: Noah was a just man and
perfect* in his generations, and Noah walked with God.
*Perfect-Hebrew: Tamiym (Taw-meem): Integrity, truth: without
blemish, complete, full, sincerely, sound, without spot undefiled,
upright, whole.
Noah, a just man lived by faith, and was deeply sincere in his
devotion to The Living God.
Genesis
7:5 KJV
And
Noah did according unto all that The Lord commanded
him.
Hebrews
11:6,7 KJV
6
But without faith it is impossible to please Him: for he that cometh
to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of them
that diligently seek Him.
7 By
faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet,
moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house; by the
which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness
which is by faith.
II
Peter 2:5 KJV
And
spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a
preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world
of the ungodly;
Genesis
6:3 KJV
And
The Lord said, My Spirit shall not always strive with man, for that
he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years.
Noah, in his faith, was a preacher of righteousness, confessing his
belief in, and obedience to The Living God, for some 120 years he
warned that judgment was coming.
Today in our godless world, we may feel alone, but we are not!
In Elijah's day, King Ahab's wife, Jezebel, had threatened to kill
Elijah, so he ran and hid in a cave.
I
Kings 19:14 KJV
And
he said, I have been very jealous for The Lord God Of Hosts: because
the children of Israel have forsaken thy covenant, thrown down thine
altars, and slain thy prophets with the sword; and I, even I only, am
left; and they seek my life, to take it away.
But The Lord, kindly reminded him that...
I
Kings 19:18 KJV
Yet
I have left Me seven thousand in Israel, all the knees which have not
bowed unto Baal, and every mouth which hath not kissed him.
Today our Lord reminds us...
Matthew
28:18-20 KJV
18
And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto
Me in heaven and in earth.
19
Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of
The Father, and of The Son, and of The Holy Ghost:
20
Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you:
and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
Hebrews
13:5 KJV
"...for
He hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.
As we are living faithfully to The Lord, The Spirit Of Grace is
changing us little by little into the likeness of The Lord.
II
Corinthians 3:18 KJV
But
we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of The Lord,
are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by The
Spirit Of The Lord.
Will we ever be perfect, no, for that will only happen when we see
our Lord.
I
John 3:2 KJV
Beloved,
now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall
be: but we know that, when He shall appear, we shall be like Him; for
we shall see Him as He is.
Philippians
3:13,14 KJV
13
Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing
I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth
unto those things which are before,
14 I
press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in
Christ Jesus.
Joyful,
Joyful, We Adore Thee
Joyful, joyful, we adore Thee,
God of glory, Lord of love;
Hearts unfold like flow’rs before Thee,
Op’ning to the sun above.
Melt the clouds of sin and sadness;
Drive the dark of doubt away;
Giver of immortal gladness,
Fill us with the light of day!
All Thy works with joy surround Thee,
Earth and heav’n reflect Thy rays,
Stars and angels sing around Thee,
Center of unbroken praise.
Field and forest, vale and mountain,
Flow’ry meadow, flashing sea,
Singing bird and flowing fountain
Call us to rejoice in Thee.
Thou art giving and forgiving,
Ever blessing, ever blest,
Wellspring of the joy of living,
Ocean depth of happy rest!
Thou our Father, Christ our Brother,
All who live in love are Thine;
Teach us how to love each other,
Lift us to the joy divine.
Mortals, join the happy chorus,
Which the morning stars began;
Father love is reigning o’er us,
Brother love binds man to man.
Ever singing, march we onward,
Victors in the midst of strife,
Joyful music leads us Sunward
In the triumph song of life.

Prayer:
Psalm
1:1-6 KJV
1
Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly,
nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the
scornful.
2
But his delight is in the law of The Lord; and in His law doth he
meditate day and night.
3
And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that
bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not
wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.
4
The ungodly are not so: but are like the chaff which the wind driveth
away.
5
Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in
the congregation of the righteous.
6
For The Lord knoweth the way of the righteous: but the way of the
ungodly shall perish.
