Bible Questions Answered:
“...so
the question got going around, will we eat in heaven, some of the
boys said we will be spiritual and won't need anything some thought
we might...”

Bible Answer:
Bible Texts:
Yes,
we certainly eat in heaven. What a gift of God, to eat and drink, not
that our glorified (resurrected) boy will ever need it, but, if we
think eating is a great experience here, how much more wonderful in
the kingdom of heaven, it reminds us....
Matthew
7:11 KJV
If
ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children,
how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things
to them that ask Him?
James
1:17 KJV
Every
good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from
The Father Of Lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of
turning.
Eating
In Paradise/ Heaven:
Genesis 1:29 KJV (The Garden of Eden - Paradise)
And
God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is
upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the
fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.
Genesis
2:16,17 KJV
16
And The Lord God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the
garden thou mayest freely eat:
17
But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat
of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.
(Immediate, spiritual death, physical death later.)
Matthew
8:11 NLT
And
I tell you this, that many Gentiles will come from all over the
world—from east and west—and sit down with Abraham, Isaac, and
Jacob at the feast in the Kingdom of Heaven.
Mark 14:25 KJV (The Last Supper)
Verily
I say unto you, I will drink no more of the fruit of the vine, until
that day that I drink it new in the kingdom of God.
Luke 14:15-24 NLT (Parable of the Great Feast)
15
Hearing this, a man sitting at the table with Jesus exclaimed, “What
a blessing it will be to attend a banquet in the Kingdom of God!”
16
Jesus replied with this story: “A man prepared a great feast and
sent out many invitations.
17
When the banquet was ready, he sent his servant to tell the guests,
‘Come, the banquet is ready.’
18
But they all began making excuses. One said, ‘I have just bought a
field and must inspect it. Please excuse me.’
19
Another said, ‘I have just bought five pairs of oxen, and I want to
try them out. Please excuse me.’
20
Another said, ‘I just got married, so I can’t come.’
21
“The servant returned and told his master what they had said. His
master was furious and said, ‘Go quickly into the streets and
alleys of the town and invite the poor, the crippled, the blind, and
the lame.’
22
After the servant had done this, he reported, ‘There is still room
for more.’
23
So his master said, ‘Go out into the country lanes and behind the
hedges and urge anyone you find to come, so that the house will be
full.
24
For none of those I first invited will get even the smallest taste of
my banquet.’”
Luke
24:36-43 KJV
36
And as they thus spake, Jesus Himself stood in the midst of them, and
saith unto them, Peace be unto you.
37
But they were terrified and affrighted, and supposed that they had
seen a spirit.
38
And He said unto them, Why are ye troubled? and why do thoughts arise
in your hearts?
39
Behold My hands and My feet, that it is I Myself: handle Me, and see;
for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye see Me have.
40
And when He had thus spoken, He shewed them His hands and His feet.
41
And while they yet believed not for joy, and wondered, He said unto
them, Have ye here any meat?
42
And they gave Him a piece of a broiled fish, and of an honeycomb.
43
And He took it, and did eat before them.
John
21:10-14 KJV
10
Jesus saith unto them, Bring of the fish which ye have now caught.
11
Simon Peter went up, and drew the net to land full of great fishes,
an hundred and fifty and three: and for all there were so many, yet
was not the net broken.
12
Jesus saith unto them, Come and dine. And none of the disciples durst
ask Him, Who art thou? knowing that it was The Lord.
13
Jesus then cometh, and taketh bread, and giveth them, and fish
likewise.
14
This is now the third time that Jesus shewed Himself to His
disciples, after that He was risen from the dead.
Revelation 2:7 KJV (Church at Ephesus)
He
that hath an ear, let him hear what The Spirit saith unto the
churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of
Life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God.
Revelation 7:13-17 KJV (Martyred Saints)
13
And one of the elders answered, saying unto me, What are these which
are arrayed in white robes? and whence came they?
14
And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are
they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their
robes, and made them white in The Blood Of The Lamb.
15
Therefore are they before The Throne Of God, and serve
Him
day and night in His temple: and He that sitteth on The Throne shall
dwell among them.
16
They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more; neither shall the
sun light on them, nor any heat.
17
For The Lamb which is in the midst of The Throne shall feed them, and
shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe
away all tears from their eyes.
Revelation
19:6-9 KJV
6
And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the
voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying,
Alleluia: for The Lord God omnipotent reigneth.
7
Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honor to Him: for the marriage
of The Lamb is come, and His wife hath made herself ready.
8
And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen,
clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.
9
And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto
the marriage supper of The Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the
true sayings of God.
Revelation
22:1,2,14 KJV
1
And he shewed me a pure river of water of Life, clear as crystal,
proceeding out of The Throne Of God And Of The Lamb.
2 In
the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was
there the tree of Life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and
yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for
the healing of the nations.
14
Blessed are they that do His commandments, that they may have right
to the tree of Life, and may enter in through the gates into the
city.
Come
And Dine
Jesus has a table spread
Where the saints of God are fed,
He invites His chosen people, “Come and dine”;
With His manna He doth feed
And supplies our every need:
Oh, ’tis sweet to sup with Jesus all the time!
Chorus:
“Come and dine,” The Master calleth, “Come and dine”;
You may feast at Jesus’ table all the time;
He Who fed the multitude, turned the water into wine,
To the hungry calleth now, “Come and dine.”
The disciples came to land,
Thus obeying Christ’s command,
For The Master called unto them, “Come and dine”;
There they found their heart’s desire,
Bread and fish upon the fire;
Thus He satisfies the hungry every time.
Soon The Lamb will take His bride
To be ever at His side,
All the host of heaven will assembled be;
Oh, ’twill be a glorious sight,
All the saints in spotless white;
And with Jesus they will feast eternally.

Prayer:
John 6:37,40,47 KJV
37 “...him that cometh to Me I
will in no wise cast out.”
40 And this is the will of Him that
sent Me, that every one which seeth The Son, and believeth on Him,
may have everlasting Life: and I will raise him up at the last day.
47 Verily, verily, I say unto you,
He that believeth on Me hath everlasting Life.
