Yes we are to talk to The Lord, and,tell Him our cares and concerns, asking for His help and guidance!
Now the question is, can and does He talk to us? And the answer to that question is yes, and how He talks to us, is through His Word.
Some day we will see Him face to face and things will be different then, but until them we can hear His voice through His holy Word. His Word is His love letter to us.
Psalm 19;1-4 NLT (Creation)
1 The heavens proclaim the glory of God. The skies display His craftsmanship.
