Two different scriptures give us the idea of “guardian angels.”
Matthew 18:10 KJV
Take heed that ye despise not one of these little ones; for I say unto you, That in heaven their angels do always behold the face of My Father which is in heaven.
(Note that these angels are said to be in heaven, not on earth, yet no doubt, they may be dispatched
instantaneously.)
Job 38:35 KJV
Canst thou send lightnings, that they may go and say unto thee, Here we are?
Ezekiel 1:1314 KJV

Angels are ready to help God's people, whenever they are sent to those in need.
Question:
Do angels in heaven see and hear us, for that matter do the saints of God see and hear us?
