The Jewish Bible of our Lord's day "The Torah," contained the Torah (First five books), and the prophetic books.
Jesus had access to the 39 books of the Old Testament, but not necessarily in the order we have them.
He quoted from the Old Testament many times.
He quoted these verses more than others.
