Bible Questions Answered:
“Is
the judgment of nations the same as the throne judgment?...”
Jeremy/
New York, New York U.S.A.
Bible Answer:
Bible Texts:
No, they are not the same.
The
Judgment Of The Nations:
Matthew
25:31-46 KJV
31
When The Son Of Man shall come in His glory, and all the holy angels
with Him, then shall He sit upon the throne of His glory:
32
And before Him shall be gathered all nations: and He shall separate
them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the
goats:
33
And He shall set the sheep on His right hand, but the goats on the
left.
34
Then shall The King say unto them on His right hand, Come, ye blessed
of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the
foundation of the world:
35
For I was an hungered, and ye gave Me meat: I was thirsty, and ye
gave Me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took Me in:
36
Naked, and ye clothed Me: I was sick, and ye visited Me: I was in
prison, and ye came unto Me.
37
Then shall the righteous answer Him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee
an hungered, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink?
38
When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed
thee?
39
Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee?
40
And The King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you,
Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these My
brethren, ye have done it unto Me.
41
Then shall He say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from Me, ye
cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:
42
For I was an hungered, and ye gave Me no meat: I was thirsty, and ye
gave Me no drink:
43
I was a stranger, and ye took Me not in: naked, and ye clothed Me
not: sick, and in prison, and ye visited Me not.
44
Then shall they also answer Him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an
hungered, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison,
and did not minister unto thee?
45
Then shall He answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as
ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to Me.
46
And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the
righteous into life eternal.
This separation of the sheep and the goats, the
righteous, and sinners, takes place before or at the beginning of the
Millennium (thousand years of peace).
The righteous, will enter the kingdom of peace.
The judgment concerns the Gentile nations...and how
Godly they treated the Jews, and fellow citizens.
32
And before Him shall be gathered all nations: and He shall separate
them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the
goats:
40
And The King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you,
Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these My
brethren, ye have done it unto Me.
45
Then shall He answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as
ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to Me.
The righteous enter the kingdom, and “life eternal”.
34
Then shall The King say unto them on His right hand, Come, ye blessed
of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the
foundation of the world:
Sinners, …
46
And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the
righteous into life eternal.
The
Great White Throne Judgment:
Revelation
20:11-15 KJV
11
And I saw a great white throne, and Him that sat on it, from whose
face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place
for them.
12
And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books
were opened: and another book was opened, which is The Book Of Life:
and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in
the books, according to their works.
13
And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell
delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every
man according to their works.
14
And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the
second death.
15
And whosoever was not found written in The Book Of Life was cast into
the lake of fire.
This Great White Throne Judgment, takes place after the
Millennium. It's purpose is the sentencing of all sinners, dead or
alive.
This judgment does not, take place on earth, but in
outer space, for we read....
11
And I saw a Great White Throne, and Him that sat on it, from whose
face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place
for them.
All lost sinners, of all ages, who have rejected The
Lord, will be in attendance.
Revelation
20:5,12,13,15 KJV
5
But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years
were finished. This is the first resurrection.
15
And whosoever was not found written in The Book Of Life was cast into
the lake of fire.
John
5:28,29 KJV
28
Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are
in the graves shall hear His voice,
29
And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection
of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of
damnation.
Millions
of individuals, who have rejected The Lord and His sacrifice for
their sins, will stand before their Judge (The Lord Jesus), for their
sentencing.
Revelation
20:12,13 KJV
Their
sentence...eternal separation from God, in the lake of fire.
Revelation
20:14,15

second death.

the lake of fire.
II
Thessalonians 1:9 KJV
Who
shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of
The Lord, and from the glory of His power;
Whether
it be The Judgment Of The Nations, or The Great White Throne
Judgment, the righteous and the sinner will come to eternal
separation. One reserved to blessing forever in the presence of The
Lord, the other, forever in the eternal lake for fire, and torment.
The
choice is “our own”.

that we might be pardoned!

abundantly pardon.

and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

of Me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto
your souls.
30
For My yoke is easy, and My burden is light.
John 1:12,13 NLT
12 But to all who believed Him and
accepted Him, He gave the right to become children of God.
13 They are reborn—not with a

comes from God.

everlasting Life.
