does it mean “be ready always to give an answer to every man that
asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and
fear:”?

Bible Answer:
Bible Texts:
I
Peter 3:15 KJV
But
sanctify The Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an
answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in
you with meekness and fear:
Ephesians
2:8,9 KJV
8
For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves:
it is The Gift Of God:
9
Not of works, lest any man should boast.
As Christians, we know we have “not,” been saved by works, but
that does not mean, that we have been saved “from-doing” Godly
works!
Matthew
5:14-16 KJV
14
Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot
be hid.
15
Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a
candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house.
16
Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good
works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.
We know the steps of salvation are, calling on The Lord Jesus, with
repentance, and confession, with willingness to forsake sin and to
follow the Savior, making Him the Master of our lives, and this is
correct. But public confession is also required of those who take The
Lord Jesus as Savior.
Mark
16:16 KJV
He
that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he
that believeth not shall be damned.
Baptism is public confession, that you are a follower of The
Lord Jesus.
(Can an infant, make such a confession....?)
But, if one thinks this is thee only needful confession, for life,
and that one's obligation of confession is over, think again, for it
is not, and Peter gladly reminds us so.
I
Peter 3:15 KJV
But
sanctify The Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give
an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is
in you with meekness and fear:
Romans 10:8-11 KJV (Apostle Paul)
8
But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in
thy heart: that is, The Word Of Faith, which we preach;
9
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth The Lord Jesus, and shalt
believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou
shalt be saved.
10
For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the
mouth confession is made unto salvation.
11
For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on Him shall not be
ashamed.
Luke
12:8,9 KJV
8
Also I say unto you, Whosoever shall confess Me before men, him shall
The Son Of Man also confess before the angels of God:
9
But he that denieth Me before men shall be denied before the angels
of God.
Gods' perfect and sinless son went publicly to the cross for us,
shall we be ashamed to say how His great love and mercy has saved us?
Matthew
10:32,33 KJV
32
Whosoever therefore shall confess Me before men, him will I confess
also before My Father which is in heaven.
33
But whosoever shall deny Me before men, him will I also deny before
My Father which is in heaven.
Mark
8:38 KJV
“Whosoever
therefore shall be ashamed of Me and of My Words in this adulterous
and sinful generation; of him also shall The Son Of Man be ashamed,
when He cometh in the glory of His Father with the holy angels.”
I
Love To Tell The Story
I love to tell the story of unseen things above,
Of Jesus and His glory, of Jesus and His love;
I love to tell the story, because I know ’tis true,
It satisfies my longings as nothing else would do.
Chorus:
I love to tell the story,
’Twill be my theme in glory,
To tell the old, old story
Of Jesus and His love.
I love to tell the story, ’tis pleasant to repeat,
What seems each time I tell it more wonderfully sweet;
I love to tell the story, for some have never heard
The message of salvation from God’s own holy Word.
I love to tell the story, for those who know it best
Seem hungering and thirsting to hear it like the rest;
And when in scenes of glory I sing the new, new song,
'Twill be the old, old story that I have loved so long.
I love to tell the story, more wonderful it seems
Than all the golden fancies of all our golden dreams;
I love to tell the story, it did so much for me,
And that is just the reason I tell it now to thee.

Romans

if thou shalt confess with thy mouth The Lord Jesus, and shalt
believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou
shalt be saved.
Hebrews
4:14 KJV
Seeing
then that we have A Great High Priest, that is passed into the
heavens, Jesus The Son Of God, let us hold fast our profession.
Revelation

And
they have defeated him by The Blood Of The Lamb and by their
testimony. And they did not love their lives so much that they were
afraid to die.
