Kings Son.
Lesson: A Life Of Purity

Bible Text:
Matthew 22:10-14 NLT
(Continuation of the parable of the wedding feast.)
10 So the servants brought in everyone
they could find, good and bad alike, and the banquet hall was filled
with guests.
11 “But when the King came in to meet
the guests, He noticed a man who wasn’t wearing the proper clothes
for a wedding.
12 ‘Friend,’ He asked, ‘how is it
that you are here without wedding clothes?’ But the man had no
reply.
13 Then The King said to His aides,
‘Bind his hands and feet and throw him into the outer darkness,
where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.’
14 “For many are called, but few
are chosen.”
How terrible, terrible, these words be.
Hebrews 10:31 KJV
It is a fearful thing to fall into
the hands of The Living God.
Marriage Supper
of The Lamb.
Matthew 25:1-13
KJV
1 Then shall the kingdom of heaven
be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth
to meet The Bridegroom.
2 And five of them were wise, and
five were foolish.
3 They that were foolish took their
lamps, and took no oil with them:
4 But the wise took oil in their
vessels with their lamps.
5 While the Bridegroom tarried, they
all slumbered and slept.
6 And at midnight there was a cry
made, Behold, The Bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet Him.
7 Then all those virgins arose, and
trimmed their lamps.
8 And the foolish said unto the
wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out.
9 But the wise answered, saying, Not
so; lest there be not enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them
that sell, and buy for yourselves.
10 And while they went to buy, The
Bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with Him to the
marriage: and the door was shut.
11 Afterward came also the other
virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us.
12 But He answered and said, Verily
I say unto you, I know you not.
13 Watch therefore, for ye know
neither the day nor the hour wherein The Son Of Man cometh.
Matthew 22:1-14
KJV
1 And Jesus answered and spake unto
them again by parables, and said,
2 The kingdom of heaven is like unto
a certain King, which made a marriage for His Son,
3 And sent forth His servants to
call them that were bidden to the wedding: and they would not come.
4 Again, He sent forth other
servants, saying, Tell them which are bidden, Behold, I have prepared
my dinner: my oxen and my fatlings are killed, and all things are
ready: come unto the marriage.
5 But they made light of it, and
went their ways, one to his farm, another to his merchandise:
6 And the remnant took His servants,
and entreated them spitefully, and slew them.
7 But when The King heard thereof,
He was wroth: and He sent forth His armies, and destroyed those
murderers, and burned up their city.
8 Then saith He to His servants, The
wedding is ready, but they which were bidden were not worthy.
9 Go ye therefore into the highways,
and as many as ye shall find, bid to the marriage.
10 So those servants went out into
the highways, and gathered together all as many as they found, both
bad and good: and the wedding was furnished with guests.
11 And when The King came in to see
the guests, He saw there a man which had not on a wedding garment*:
12 And He saith unto him, friend,
how camest thou in hither not having
a wedding garment? And he was
speechless.
13 Then said The King to the
servants, Bind him hand and foot, and take him away, and cast him
into outer darkness, there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
14 For many are called, but few are
chosen.
*Garment: Enduma
(En-doo-mah): The outer robe:
clothing, garment, raiment.
Revelation
19:5-9 KJV
5 And a voice came out of the
throne, saying, Praise our God, all ye His servants, and ye that fear
Him, both small and great.
6 And I heard as it were the voice
of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the
voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia: for The Lord God
Omnipotent reigneth.
7 Let us be glad and rejoice, and
give honor to Him: for the marriage of The Lamb is come, and
His wife (The Blood washed
Church of Jesus Christ.) hath made herself ready.
8 And to her was granted that she
should be arrayed in fine linen (Garment),
clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.
9 And he saith unto me, Write,
Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of
The Lamb. And he saith unto
me, These are the true sayings of God.
Ephesians
5:25-27; 32 KJV
25 “...Christ also loved the
church, and gave Himself for it;
26 That He might sanctify and
cleanse it with the washing of water by The Word,
27 That He might present it to
Himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any
such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.
32 This is a great mystery: but I
speak concerning Christ and the church.
II Corinthians
11:2 KJV
For I am jealous over you with godly
jealousy: for I have espoused you to one Husband, that I may present
you as a chaste virgin to Christ.
When will the
people of God, the Church of Jesus Christ, be married to Him?
As
soon as the gospel has been preached to all nations, then the rapture
of the church will take place, then
the trying of works by God's people will take place in heaven, and
then the Marriage of the Lamb.
How soon will this
all happen?
Currently the
gospel of The Lord Jesus, has been preached to billions of people,
and Christian churches now exist in all 196 countries of the world.
Everyday, thousands
of thousands of radio and television stations broadcast the Good News
of the gospel.
Our Lord's coming
is at the doors, “Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor
the hour wherein The Son Of Man cometh.”
Be sure you have
your wedding garment on!
“fine
linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of
saints.”
I Peter 1:16 KJV
Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.
Hebrews 12:14 KJV
Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man
shall see The Lord:
