Not mutable; unchangeable; changeless.

Numbers
23:19 NLT
God
is not a man, so He does not lie. He is not human, so He does not
change His mind. Has He ever spoken and failed to act? Has He ever
promised and not carried it through?
I
Samuel 15:29 NLT
And
He who is the Glory of Israel will not lie, nor will He change His
mind, for He is not human that He should change His mind!”

But
The Lord’s plans stand firm forever; His intentions can never be
shaken.
Psalm

25
Long ago you laid the foundation of the earth and made the heavens
with your hands.
26
They will perish, but you remain forever; they will wear out like old
clothing. You will change them like a garment and discard them.
27
But you are always the same; you will live forever.
Malachi
3:6 NLT

am The Lord, and I do not change. That is why you descendants of
Jacob are not already destroyed.

God’s gifts and His call can never be withdrawn.

You
will fold them up like a cloak and discard them like old clothing.
But you are always the same; you will live forever.”
Hebrews
6:17 NLT
God
also bound Himself with an oath, so that those who received the
promise could be perfectly sure that He would never change His mind.
Hebrews
13:8 NLT
Jesus
Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.
James
1:17 KJV
Every
good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from
The Father Of Lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of
turning.
God
Never Changes His Mind, An Example:
Jonah
1:1,2 NLT (God's pronouncement,
Nineveh, headed for judgment.)
The
Lord gave this message to Jonah son of Amittai:
2
“Get up and go to the great city of Nineveh. Announce My judgment
against it because I have seen how wicked its people are.”
Jonah
3:6-10 NLT
6
When the king of Nineveh heard what Jonah was saying (God's
call to repentance), he stepped down from his throne and
took off his royal robes. He dressed himself in burlap and sat on a
heap of ashes.
7
Then the king and his nobles sent this decree throughout the city:
“No one, not even the animals from your herds and flocks, may eat
or drink anything at all.
8
People and animals alike must wear garments of mourning, and everyone
must pray earnestly to God. They must turn from their evil ways and
stop all their violence.
9
Who can tell? Perhaps even yet God will change His mind and hold back
His fierce anger from destroying us.”
10
When God saw what they had done and how they had put a stop to their
evil ways, He changed His mind and did not carry out the destruction
He had threatened.
Did
God Change His Mind?
What changed, was the people of Nineveh!
God's judgment is always against unrepentant sinners,
but Nineveh confessed their sins and repented before God.
They went from a place of judgment to a place of
God's mercy and love!
Jeremiah
18:7-10 NLT
7
If I announce that a certain nation or kingdom is to be uprooted,
torn down, and destroyed,
8
but then that nation renounces its evil ways, I will not
destroy it as I had planned.
9
And if I announce that I will plant and build up a certain nation or
kingdom,
10
but then that nation turns to evil and refuses to obey Me, I
will not bless it as I said I would.

I
John 1:9 KJV
If
we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins,
and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
