Bible Questions Answered:
“...people
seem so discourteous today. When on a train or bus, you never see a
man get up to give a lady a seat. The other day, I saw a lady
carrying a young child, you'd think a man would give up his seat on
the bus to let her sit down, it never happened. Is this one more sign
of the last days?...

Yes, says the Apostle Paul, these certainly are signs of
the last days!
II Timothy 3:1-5 NLT (The Dangers of the Last
Days) (The Apostle Paul)
1
You should know this, Timothy, that in the last days there will be
very difficult times.
2
For people will love only themselves and their money. They will be
boastful and proud, scoffing at God, disobedient to their parents,
and ungrateful. They will consider nothing sacred.
3
They will be unloving and unforgiving; they will slander others and
have no self-control. They will be cruel and hate what is good.
4
They will betray their friends, be reckless, be puffed up with pride,
and love pleasure rather than God.
5
They will act religious, but they will reject The Power that could
make them Godly. Stay away from people like that!
Peter and Jude, call some today...

Peter 2:12 KJV
But
these, as natural brute beasts..."
Jude
1:10 KJV
But
these speak evil of those things which they know not: but what they
know naturally, as brute beasts, in those things they corrupt
themselves.
All goodness comes from God! Morality, comes from God!
Without God in a persons life, there is no spiritual power of love
and goodness.

Proverbs
15:1 KJV
A
soft answer turneth away wrath: but grievous words stir up anger.
Matthew
11:29 NLT
Take
My yoke upon you. Let Me teach you, because I am humble and gentle at
heart, and you will find rest for your souls.
John
14:27 KJV
Peace
I leave with you, My peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth,
give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be
afraid.
I
Corinthians 13:4,5 NLT
4
Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud
5
or rude. It does not demand its own way. It is not irritable, and it
keeps no record of being wronged.
Philippians
4:5 NLT
Let
everyone see that you are considerate in all you do. Remember, The
Lord is coming soon.
Titus
3:1,2 NLT
1
Remind the believers...They should be obedient, always ready to do
what is good.
2
They must not slander anyone and must avoid quarreling. Instead, they
should be gentle and show true humility to everyone.
James
3:17,18 NLT
17
But the wisdom from above is first of all pure. It is also peace
loving, gentle at all times, and willing to yield to others. It is
full of mercy and the fruit of good deeds. It shows no favoritism and
is always sincere.
18
And those who are peacemakers will plant seeds of peace and reap a
harvest of righteousness.

I Peter 3:8-12 NLT (All Christians)
8
Finally, all of you should be of one mind. Sympathize with each
other. Love each other as brothers and sisters. Be tenderhearted, and
keep a humble attitude.
9
Don’t repay evil for evil. Don’t retaliate with insults when
people insult you. Instead, pay them back with a blessing. That is
what God has called you to do, and He will grant you His blessing.
10
For the Scriptures say, “If you want to enjoy life and see many
happy days, keep your tongue from speaking evil and your lips from
telling lies.
11
Turn away from evil and do good. Search for peace, and work to
maintain it.
12
The eyes of The Lord watch over those who do right, and His ears are
open to their prayers. But The Lord turns His face against those who
do evil.
