Ephesians 4:9 KJV “the lower parts of the earth (Hades/ Sheol),” consisted of Abraham's bosom, and hell (Luke 16:22,23).
These two areas were separated from each other ...“And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed: so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot; neither can they pass to us, that would come from thence.”

Where did our Lord, lead these Godly people, who had been held in prison, in “the lower parts of the earth”? He lead them into heaven.
