Who are the evil
angels?

This
speaks of God's good
angels, they minister
to the child of God.
God's ministers help and bless His children, they are the angles of God.
Satan's (angels)
ministers are sent to torment and oppress men, they are fallen
angels.

One school of
thought here is that, not all evil angels were chained in darkness,
only the more powerful ones. Meaning that throngs of others were left
for Satan's bidding, here on earth.
