Bible Prophecy: Promised
Messiah, Would Be The “Seed Of A Woman.”
Prophecy Text:
Genesis 3:14,15 NLT (Dates-unknown,
primitive history.) (The time of the garden of Eden.)
14 Then The
Lord God said to the serpent..."
15 And I will
cause hostility between you and the woman, and between your offspring
and her Offspring. He will strike your head, and you will strike His
heel.”
To the deceiving serpent (the devil), The Lord said, “I will
cause hostility between you and the woman, and between your offspring
and her offspring. He (Christ) will strike your head, and you
will strike His (Christ's) heel.”
Christ is the seed of the woman, from the descendants of Eve. He did
something no mere mortal could ever do, and that was to free us from
the bondage of Satan, and his demonic hordes.
Our Lord was bruised by the enemy, but His death (and resurrection)
procured for us salvation.

forth a Man Child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron:
and her Child was caught up unto God, and to His throne.
From millennia before, to 5 B.C., the prophecy of a redeemer messiah,
came to pass, exactly as prophesied.
Colossians
2:13-15 NLT
13 You were
dead because of your sins and because your sinful nature was not yet
cut away. Then God made you alive with Christ, for He forgave all our
sins.
14 He canceled
the record of the charges against us and took it away by nailing it
to the cross.
15 In this way,
He disarmed the spiritual rulers and authorities. He shamed them
publicly by His victory over them on the cross.

For God made
Christ, who never sinned, to be the offering for our sin, so that we
could be made right with God through Christ.
Who could make such an accurate prediction down through the
centuries, only one, our Living God!
